Church Be Still
C. H. Spurgeon
The Church would soon be healed of her sorrows, and delivered from her
divisions, if she would for a while be silent; but the voice of a favorite
teacher is heard by some, and the voice of another master in Israel is
listened to by others, and so God's voice is lost amid the clamor of sects
and the uproar of parties. Oh, that the Church would sit at Jesus' feet,
lay aside her prejudices, and take the Word in its simplicity and
integrity, and accept what God the Lord only declares to be the truth. I
invite the members of this church, and urge the members of all the
churches to see to this, that we cry unto the Lord for a blessed silence
in His presence, till we sit like servants waiting for the Master's word,
and stand like watchmen waiting for the Master's coming. Lord send that
solemn silence over all Your people now. Words, words, words: we have so
many words, and they are chaff, but where is THE WORD that in the
beginning was God and was with God? That Word is the living and
incorruptible seed. We want less of the words of man, and more of Him who
is the very Word of God.
BE QUIET and let Jesus speak. Let His wounds speak to you: let His death
speak to you; let His resurrection speak to you; let His ascension and His
subsequent glory speak to you; and let the trumpet of the second advent
ring in your ears. You cannot hear the music of these glorious things
because of the rattle of the wheels of care and the vain jangle of
disputatious self-wisdom. Be silent, that you may hear the voice of Jesus,
for when He speaks your strength will be renewed. The eternal Spirit is
with His people, but we often miss His power because we give more ear to
other voices than to His, and quite often our own voice is an injury to
us, for it is heard when we have received no message from the Lord, and
therefore gives an uncertain sound. If we will wait upon the blessed
Spirit, His mysterious influence will sway us most divinely, and we shall
be filled with all the fullness of God. Our strength will be renewed, if
in silence we yield up to God all our own wisdom and strength. Brethren, I
never am so full as when I am empty; I have never been so strong as in the
extremity of weakness. The source of our worst weakness is our homeborn
strength, and the source of our worst folly is our personal wisdom.
Lord, help us to be still till we have abandoned ourselves, till we have
said, Lord, our ways of working cannot be compared with Your ways of
working; teach us how to work; Lord, our judgments are weak compared with
Your perfect judgment; we are fools, be our teacher and guide in all
things. Crush out of us our fancied strength, and make us like worms, for
it is the worm Jacob that You will make into the new sharp threshing
instrument, which shall thresh the mountain. After this sort shall you
renew your strength. Keep silent, you saints, till you have felt your
folly and your weakness, and then renew your strength most gloriously by
casting yourselves upon the strength of God. More than ever before let
your inmost souls be filled with trust in the Arm that never fails, the
Hand that never loses its cunning, the Eye that is never closed, the Heart
that never wavers.

Be Ready
Carylann Hartley
Be ready! Be willing to move as the Lord shows you. He WILL call to you
in the still small voice. Do not expect Him to shout. Be encouraged but
know that hard times are ahead for He is making cuts in His diamonds. But
remember that He is that one making those cuts to polish and refine you.
Do not worry about what will come but look to Him each day and let Him unfold
the things that are to take place. Do not try to do things in your own
strength for they will fail. Now is a time that you MUST look to Him and
hear clearly as many changes are still taking place.
The Church MUST come into unity so that He can perfect that which He has
established. Hold tight to the promises He has given you for they will start
to take place in a much greater way before this year is over.

To Represent Christ
Pastor Francis Frangipane
When Jesus is lifted up, great multitudes follow. By the thousands, people
left their cities, their market places and businesses. Great throngs of
men, women and children eagerly left their homes and communities to be
with Jesus in the wilderness. Such is the power of the Master.
Yet, seeing these multitudes, He departed and went up on a mountain, and
after he sat down, His disciples came to Him. Keep this in mind: Not all
the multitudes were disciples; only His disciples came to be trained by
Him. The multitudes came to be healed and blessed. Some came to be
delivered, while others to be encouraged or just loved. His disciples came
to Him not merely to be touched, but transformed.
Dear one, not everybody who finds Jesus desires also to become like Him.
Multitudes come to receive from Him, but only disciples come to give to
Him, to give Him their lives and very life resources so that He can
reduplicate his life through them.
To represent Him is His goal with His disciples. Let me rephrase that. We
do not merely represent Him; we re-present Him. His living presence must
be presented through us. We do more than teach about Him; He teaches
through us. He calls us to a higher life than just knowing what He did, as
awesome as that is; our call is to reveal who He is. Thus, He calls us His
body.
The goal of the body is not merely to remember what the Head once did, but
to manifest perfectly the intentions, thoughts and virtue of the Head. The
actions of the body ought ultimately to be the living expressions of its
Head.
Thus, Jesus saw the vast multitudes and went up on a mountain to begin
training disciples. This is so important, my friends, because today Jesus
again is seeing multitudes, and again is seeking to train His disciples.
This is the reason we have come to Christ: to be trained personally by
Him.
We say, "How will that happen?" The Holy Spirit animates Christ's
teachings in the Scriptures and makes the words alive, as though Jesus
Himself were speaking to us. The main purpose of the Holy Spirit is not to
give us gifts, but to lead us into the spiritual presence of our Master,
Jesus Christ. Indeed, even the fruit of the Spirit comes from our union
with Christ.
Consider: Jesus said, "I have given them My joy . . . My peace." (See Jn
14:27 & 15:11) We do not come to Him with love; "we love, because He first
loved us" (1Jn 4:19). He is the vine; we are the branches. The Holy Spirit
guides us into all truth; Jesus is the Truth.
There are "varieties of ministries, and the same Lord" (I Cor 12:5). All
true ministry arises from a person's relationship with Jesus Christ
through the Holy Spirit. The Spirit does not just teach; He leads us into
union with the Teacher, Christ. He transfers to us the living substance of
the person, power and character of Christ.
So through the Holy Spirit, we have a living relationship with Jesus
Christ. We are disciples that He desires to raise up, train and empower.
He does not care whether you are a male or female, young or old, rich or
poor. He is seeking more than your abilities and attainments; He desires
your yieldedness and commitment to continue on with Him, even when you
fail or when He tests your faith with the illusion of distance.
How does He train me? In a thousand ways, but one principle means is
through His living word. When I take my Bible, as I seek to find the heart
of God, I begin by kneeling before Him with the Scriptures I am to study
open between us. But just because the Bible is open, that does not mean
the understanding is open. So I will pray, "Lord, open my mind to Your
word." I may read for quite a while, until something God speaks leaps off
the page and descends through my eyes into my heart.
At this point I realize that, through the Holy Spirit, Christ Himself is
speaking to me. I am not just studying the Bible; Jesus Christ is training
me. He is doing to me what He did with His first century disciples.
Indeed, even as I write and contemplate what He reveals, I know He is not
just looking at me when He speaks. He sees the multitudes. He is training
me to represent Him.

The Movement of Love
Undrai Fizer
There is an inward law in the heart of the religious offspring. There is
an inward fear of openly receiving and expressing the life of the Father.
The fear of being loved and touched by Him in such a powerful way is hard
to fathom to some. The heart of the religious offspring will seek to
defend the "rights of the house" instead of the "rights of passage to the
Father's heart!
The religious offspring will find their passions hidden in the relics of
the external church instead of the present move of the Spirit that will
navigate them to the Flow of God, away from the camps of years past.
There is no law when it comes to loving, receiving, and giving to God.
There is no "hebrew/greek" definition when it comes to giving your life
away to God. There is no law or inhibition when the love is true and pure.
Order without anointing will create a dead tradition of life. It will
paint a distant picture of God that is not true to His character or His
expression. Anointing with passion, will create His order. It will
create order in the chaos of our many traditions and ritualistic approach
to a powerful Father. It will bring light to a people hidden under the
"old waters" of wasteful traditions and non-passionate praise to God.
*Acts 17:26-27
There is no law when it comes to loving God. He is very exciting and
loves excited children. He is very passionate and loves passionate
children. His mercies are new every morning and so should our worship be
as well. New every morning!
He loves the new and exciting things. He loves creative people and
creative living. He is a creator.
We must be identified with Him more than we are identified with our
organizations or ministries. We must learn to continue on in the truth
and not just "bend with the move" of God. We must be "pulled" from the
roots of our "religious identity" and be renamed by His Spirit. Are we
willing to move from our camp into the open pastures of destiny? Are we
moving along with the wind or bending in the wind?
God is our Father. We can love Him freely. We can give to Him freely.
Whether it's called a tithe, offering, or a gift. If we love Him
passionately, we will fulfill His needs, no matter what it is or where it
is. There is no law to love Him.
Those who have captured the heart of the Father will not seek to control
the rights of others, only enhance it by leading them to the One that
loved them most..Christ Jesus! This is the movement of Love, and it has
never died out.
Never.

The Time of Sweet Wine
Lee Hattrich
I saw a winepress.
As I watched grapes being pressed in this wooden contraption I noted several
things. One is the appearance of the grapes as they went through the
process
of being pressed. I saw the pulp pressed over and over until it became part
of the juice. It has been so pressed that the only thing left was juice. I
also saw the skin of the grapes. These too were pressed over and over again
until all the juice had been released from the skin. I noted the deepest
color just under the skin. This was not an easy task. The process had to be
repeated over and over until it had been completed. There were also seeds
in
the press. As I watched I understood that the seed would remain intact and
collected in the recesses of the press until such a time for oil pressing.
I was very aware of the juice, deep, dark burgundy red running from the
press and flowing out to cover the area around it. Then He spoke to me
these
words:
"See I have invited you in. And you would think that you have come into a
glorious place. Yes child, Oh yes. you have come into a glorious place. But
not as a man would think - not by man's design - but by Mine. By invitation
because you thought to invite Me into your lives, your very lives. so then
I
have brought you here into this glorious place. Listen to it now, hear the
Name by which this place is known. See now, you have asked to see My Glory
so I have brought you here that you might see and know My Glory. Even
here,
even into My Winepress.
See, I Am pressing you in My Winepress and you think there is nothing left,
nothing left to be pressed out but Oh My child, trust Me. I know when
enough
is enough. I know when it is time. The time of Sweet Wine. Don't you know I
am preparing you to carry forth to those with out, My Sweet Wine. So be
pressed, but know My Glory awaits you. You will see and you will know My
Glory. It is so destined that you should be called, indeed you are, those
who would carry My Glory forth to those with out.
Be pressed. Be pressed."
Concerning the seeds I know that these are collected and reserved for a
time
to come. I know that as the seeds are pressed what will be released is a
costly oil. Not easy to obtain but greatly desired. We have yet to see the
anointing that will come forth at the pressing of the seeds. We have only
glimpsed the Glory of Who He is and what He has done on our behalf and the
Power that is ours. The Wine represents His Precious Blood. The Oil
represents the anointing that flows as we become willing to be crushed even
as He was.

Time For Mobilization
Joanne Gavlick
While in prayer last night for the church, I heard the Ruach HaKodesh
(Holy Spirit) say, "Time for Mobilization." What does this mean, Lord? I
looked up the word mobilize - it is defined as:
We must come to the revelational knowledge that everything we are and need
is already in us - the only thing we need to do is RELEASE it. You have
the ark of the covenant residing IN you as gatekeepers of the ark. His
power and authority HAS been granted to you already, for the King and His
Kingdom has taken up residence inside your spirit when you became born
from above.
Let us hear from the Father (Prophecy):
It is time to release that which already exists within each one of you,
that you may move as one mighty assembly, one mighty army. Take your
position, receive your orders, and report for duty, says the Lord of
Hosts, for it is I that commissions and not man. Many of you have been
waiting for flesh and blood to reveal to you your purpose, but I say I
have already given to you the keys to death, hell, and the grave..........
why do you seek the living among the dead?
This is the hour for My power to be released from within YOUR spirit man.
Stir yourselves, says the Lord of Hosts. Put into movement that which has
been deposited into your inner man and RELEASE it! Release your physical
healing! Release your family's salvation! Release your peace of mind!
Release My Kingdom purposes! For it is time to MOBILIZE, church!

Sheep Are Led, Not Driven
A. W. Tozer
Cattle are driven; sheep are led; and our Lord compares His people to
sheep, not to cattle.
It is especially important that Christian ministers know the law of
the leader--that he can lead others only as far as he himself has
gone....
The minister must experience what he would teach or he will find
himself in the impossible position of trying to drive sheep. For
this reason he should seek to cultivate his own heart before he
attempts to preach to the hearts of others....
If he tries to bring them into a heart knowledge of truth which he
has not actually experienced he will surely fail. In his frustration
he may attempt to drive them; and scarcely anything is so
disheartening as the sight of a vexed and confused shepherd using
the lash on his bewildered flock in a vain attempt to persuade them
to go on beyond the point to which he himself has attained....
The law of the leader tells us who are preachers that it is better
to cultivate our souls than our voices. It is better to polish our
hearts than our pulpit manners, though if the first has been done
well and successfully it may be profitable for us to do the second.
We cannot take our people beyond where we ourselves have been, and
it thus becomes vitally important that we be men of God in the last
and highest sense of that term. The Price of Neglect, 151-153.
"Lord, today let me stop, step off the busy treadmill, and look to
the condition of my soul. Help me to listen to You and be
spiritually nurtured, to have my soul cultivated by You in silence
and solitude. Amen."

Rest and Resurrection
Tim Early
On the 7th day, we see in the scriptures that the nature of the Elohim is now
Jehovah Elohim, the Lord of creation as confirmed in Genesis chapter two. From
there we also consider how all that God ever created rest in the six days of
creation, and that the things we desire of him are simply coming into
manifestation, tangibility, and substance. In other words, it has been a done
deal from the beginning.
As 2001 holds a host of objectives and responsibilities to consider, it is of
utmost importance to acknowledge not only what God is going to manifest for us,
but in us as well. For a greater deeper sphere of the saint's life is not the
external appeal of what we can get from the Father, but what we are becoming in
him.
For many, it appears to be the year of their greatest breakthrough. But in all
truth, it is a breakthrough of a whole different kind. This time, we shall
witness the breaking out of the seed of the kingdom planted within us from over
the years, and the seed coming to full maturity. In this new dimension of grace
and unlimited glory, the Father is placing a premium of our becoming what we
have already been, a people born from within the most holy place. Isaiah 37:16.
In the 3rd day from Jesus Christ and the 7th from Adam, we are witnessing the
union and oneness of God and man. As the glory from the Cherubim is revealed
through the union and witness of the Cherubim, so is there a fresh release of
this unlimited glory from the communion of the 3rd and 7th day. For as true union
manifest between husband and wife, elders and church, God and man, or the
Cherubim above the Mercy Seat, so is there now made manifest a new dynamic in the
earth realm as both numeric days reveal simply the same day, the day of the Lord.
In this hour of transition from a 2nd day mentality to the 3rd dimension, there
is a press from the 60-fold to the 100-fold, for the key is in the subtraction of
the number 60 from 100. Afterwards, discover the remaining number and you will
see that 40 is symbolic of a test and trial, as well as transition. Simply put,
40 has some present truth application of "another generation." For as we emerge
into the third day, we are coming into another generation. It is here where the
present truth reveals how we are ascending from generation, degeneration, to
regeneration, for we are chosen genes, chosen genetics, a new apostolic
priesthood after the order of Melchisedec, a people of a bold new and
electrifying day.
In this new pattern, the principles of number 3 and number 7 are becoming a
relevantly new meaning for many believers who were once stuck in the 2nd day. No,
it is not to say that the 2nd day is of no value. On the contrary, the 2nd day
dimension helped us to define what is going on in the 3rd realm of our maturity,
the place where we move from visitation to habitation, from the cross {outer
court} to the throne {mercy seat}. From conception to perfection. it is the place
where John saw a throne in heaven, and one that sat on that throne. It is the day
of the Lord, the revelation of Christ in the fullness, the headship and
preeminence of Jesus Christ.
Beloved, the changes and transitions of the Spirit today are necessary to bring
us into the full manifestation of HIM, the one who sits upon the throne {heart,
mind, Naos principle of the temple being you, the saints}. For in all of the
testing, scourging, and buffeting {Oops, did somebody say Buffet, for I sure am
hungry? - Smile}, God created the storm with you and me in mind. He purposed us
through process, and process is not punishment. He prepared the smith to blow
upon the coals of fire, and the locust to devour. He is simply telling us that
some of the greatest movements in the earth, whether reformation, kingdom reign,
five-fold, or the saints coming into the revelation of the king priest ministry,
is the work of an inside job being done within us. It is deep calling unto the
deep. It is the hidden wisdom of the Lord coming into manifestation, even while
you are in the lion's den. It is a new substance of the Spirit where we trust the
Lord in everything, not being moved by the old carnal dictates which alludes to
ministry being only external and outward in scope. For the real deal going on now
is the eruption of the hidden man on out, the glory of the latter house than the
first, mortal to immortality, the depth and brooks of the vast streams of the
eternal presence of God surfacing to water the earth. It is simply the unseen to
the scene, the invisible becoming visible, the intangible becoming intangible, a
hidden dimension of grace and glory that is bringing us into full maturity, into
the very manhood of Christ, beyond adolescence to full stature. Again, it's an
inside job!
Many believers claim to be spiritual, but they are not mature. Many desire
mansions, but not the expansion of the mansion, get it!
Therefore, I encourage you all in this new thrust of destiny to enjoy the deeper
spheres of the grace and glory of God than what was held alone for us in the 1st
and 2nd day. Dare to vanquish beyond the limited mentalities of the good old
days, for they were good, but now they are old. Enjoy moving into new spheres and
portals of the eternal dimensions, where chronology and eternity are two
different things. For in the realm of the greater glory of the Lord, God is not
committed to our ability, but to our destiny. It is simply our response to God's
ability. It is the glory of the 3rd day resurrection principles, and the 7th day
principles of His Rest. It is the realm and dimension of grace where the aging
process is defied, for here, time now meets with eternity. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18;
5:1-8
Below, enjoy our chart of the progressive dimension, which most of you are
already aware of. I am sending it to compliment the exhortation given, and to
say, "enjoy the ride folks." There is a progressive migration ahead, perfection
according to Hebrews 6:1-2, that which is perfect {Jesus Christ - 1st Corinthians
13}. Enjoy the ride!
30 - 60 - 100
Enjoy!
