It has come to me several times that there is coming an "end of things". I have been talking about wilderness living now for
some time; and with a tinge of sadness in my heart and a heaviness of witness in my heart, I know that this wilderness walk is
ending soon. Several things came to me this past few days.
As for the end of things in the wilderness. I will miss it, for I came to know Him so keenly here. I asked the Lord, What is at
the "end of things"?
Isaiah 41:22 Let them bring them forth, and shew us what shall happen: let them shew the former things, what they be, that we
may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or declare us things for to come.
Daniel 12:8 And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?
He showed me the answer, and now I am ready. I saw myself meeting him at the end of the wilderness walk, When I got to
Him, He stood before me and poured Himself into me. I saw it happen. He poured HIMSELF into me. I received HIM and
He received me. I share this because this is for YOU. If you have been walking in a wilderness whether IN or OUT of the
"organized church", seeking HIM and hearing Him and receiving His correction and His provision, then this is for YOU.
I was touched to tears by the whole scene. I then heard the great revelation to us at the end of the wilderness:
I felt the Lord had something to say about what is currently going on amongst his people, concerning the "debating" spirit that is
spreading from within the "organized church" and OUT into the wilderness "remnant"
My people must come to an end of it.
I have said it before, and I will
say it again,
You are caught in a battle
You never will win.
When you use My word as a sword
to wound your brother
I will come as a sword
to bring you low.
For he who exalts himself above others
Shall be humbled swiftly,
That he may know
I AM GOD.
Let the focus ALWAYS be CHRIST. Only Christ is "right".
The chorus from a song on a CD album by "Passion" sums up what we are to sing IN the wilderness, or IN the "church
building" and as we approach HIM ready to receive HIM fully:
Come to Jesus, for the "end of things" is rapidly approaching us.

Spiritual Revival Leads to Kingdom Truth
by Ron McGatlin
The awakening of the sleeping church is jolting many from their pews and into
action worshiping, praising, praying, and serving God with dynamic energy. The
great revivals of today are establishing the reality of life in God as His
presence is again filling His temple -- the hearts and lives of "ordinary "
believers. Revived believers are actively pursuing God and His kingdom. Those
seeking the kingdom of God lifestyle are no longer satisfied to give ten
percent of their money and even a smaller percentage of their time and call it
serving God.
Only serving Him with their whole heart -- with their whole life can bring
satisfaction to the revived children of God. The powerful presence of God has
put a fire of desire within them that cannot be satisfied by idly watching and
passively waiting. The church watchers have become God chasers and cannot be
stopped. The reality of seeking first the kingdom of God has come into our
world
through revival.
The doctrine of the Nicolaitans is finally being destroyed. Religion's
invention
of dividing the Body of Christ into clergy and laity is beginning to be
dissolved. The kingdom truth of the five fold ministry gifts of apostles,
prophets, evangelist, pastors, and teachers in "ordinary" believers is coming
forth by the Spirit in revival. Christ Jesus is beginning to be honored as head
of the church in a practical real way. The revolutionary reformation of church
government has begun.
The burden of headship that has been usurped by men and denominations is being
returned to the shoulder of Christ. The body of Christ has greatly suffered for
centuries as the people in the pew have been trained to reverence men as heads
and depend on them for spiritual works and church government. Not only have the
people failed to develop spiritual gifts and function but the "Reverends" have
suffered under the undue burden of invalid headship.
The great overburden placed upon "men of the clergy" is being lifted in
revival. No longer shall the weight of the congregation be on the back of the
sacrificed life of the "Reverend -- Minister -- Pastor -- Priest" or whatever
title used for the paid minister -- paid to do what God is now raising up a
generation of willing volunteers to do in revival.
The overburden has destroyed many men who sought to fulfill a role as head of
the church that God never intended. Not only has the burden been great but the
temptation has also been great. Many have succumbed to the temptations and
taken advantage of the undue worshipful reverence and respect of the people
toward them as "heads of the church". The elevation of "clergymen" set them
apart as virtual gods and not mere men. The intense affection for Christ that
should have been focused on Jesus as true head of the church has been, in part,
focused on "clergymen". It has been much too easy for men to become victims of
the gifts and offerings of the people and begin to receive illicit affection
and money to themselves. Scandal, burnout, and failure became common terms
relating to "clergymen" in the passing church emphasis age.
Before the present day outpouring of the presence and power of God began to
bring reformation, church leaders struggled with decisions. They often resorted
to their own minds which were trained by seminarians in what they could
intellectually glean from the Word. For centuries church "heads" and boards of
deacons, elders, and denominational bosses have struggled, debated, and voted
to make decisions for the church. The reformed men and women of God are
learning
to listen for and hear God to receive what Christ has already decided and then
represent that into the church. Thus the burden of headship is being
restored to
the shoulder of Christ.
Isa 9:6 For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the
government
will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor,
Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Isa 9:7 Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, Upon
the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with
judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the LORD
of hosts will perform this.
In a practical and real way, revival is bringing reformation. The good news is
that believers, church governments, and eventually the world will be reformed
to kingdom of God ways. The bad news is that much of the old must be uprooted,
torn down, destroyed and overthrown before the new can be built and planted
back.
As in the days of Jeremiah it is the zeal of the Lord that is performing the
reformation from government by men to the government of God -- the kingdom of
God. In Jeremiah Chapter One, Israel had forsaken God for other gods and
established ways that had to be torn down and destroyed before God's ways could
be replanted. There is a parallel in the church. In practice if not in theology
other gods have ruled in the church.
Jer 1:10 NIV: See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and
tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant."
The tearing down of the old can be a difficult and painful experience. The past
is filled with fond memories of church experiences. Many Christian's faith
seems anchored in the relics of the beautiful church buildings and the security
of the familiar traditions and fond memories of the past. The future can seem
very unsure when the past monuments of beliefs and systems began to crumble and
burn.
I remember weeping openly recently as I watched a news video from Virginia. The
video was of a beautiful one hundred and sixty two year old church building
burning. Fire fighters could do little as the fire destroyed the historical
landmark. As I watched the flames swirl up the tall stately steeple that had
stood over the city pointing toward the heavens for generations, I felt great
sadness and a painful sense of loss. I was impressed in my spirit that this is
how many will feel as the old ways of religion are uprooted, torn down,
destroyed, and overthrown. These same painful feelings will bruise them as they
experience the old ways of the organized church being destroyed to make room
for the planting of the kingdom of God ways and the building of the glorious
"Bride Church".
Jer 31:28 Just as I watched over them to uproot and tear down, and to
overthrow, destroy and bring disaster, so I will watch over them to build and
to plant," declares the LORD.
As the children of Israel in the wilderness were unwilling to cross over and
take the promised land, there will be those who will not make the transition to
the glorious church. They will live and die unchanged retaining their old ways.
While their children -- the next generation will enter into the glorious
revival of the presence of God and the extreme worship in the glorious church.

America Refuses to Blush
There is a statement made in Jeremiah 6:15 that says, "....they did not even know how to
blush." This is said in the context of a
people who had lost all sense of shame and were insensitive to wrong. Their hearts were
hardened. For the past few days, I have felt
so strongly a burden for this nation. I have vacillated back and forth whether to speak this
forth or to be silent. I believe that
it is a call to intercession for the souls of our young people.
Blushing should be a holy response of purity when one is confronted by perversion in any form.
The media spews forth perversion
through television, radio, videos as well as many other avenues that seek to destroy the
innocence of this young generation. America
now readily accepts this perversion that comes forth day and night through all these channels
of communication. As a nation, we no
longer blush with shame at what has invaded our land. We must repent for grace does not negate
the fact that sin must be dealt with
by a holy God.
As I was going through the channels of the tv, I stopped for a brief moment when I saw a young
girl of about 8 or 9 sitting as a
guest on a talk show. I stopped in response to the Spirit of God telling me to look closely
into her face and into her eyes. What I
saw grieved me because I saw a look of sensuality and the brazen hardened look of a prostitute.
The content of the show was
disgustingly bringing forth perversion and immorality in the midst of the afternoon. Yet the
people in the audience sat, hardened
and refusing to blush at the level of perversion that was right in front of their eyes.
Later that day, as I sat in prayer I saw a picture of the Southern California area. Over this
area I saw a spigot or faucet. The
hand of the enemy was upon this spigot ready to turn it on so as to release with a fury a flow
from this area. Out of this came a
flow of dirty polluted water controlled by the hand of the enemy. It was sent forth across the
land. This is a call to intercession
for God's people to rise up and allow the standards of holiness and righteousness to be carried
in intercession before the throne of
God. The enemy uses the hearts of the movie and television industry in Hollywood to bring forth
a level of perversion that is
increasing in intensity day by day. Out of the oveflow of the heart, their mouth speaks.
A cry arose in intercession from the depths of my being. The Lord is crying out "Passion!
Passion! Passion!"
He has created this generation with a holy passion and a holy fire that would seek Him in
holiness and purity. The enemy would seek
to misdirect and corrupt this passion with sensuality and perversion. God will restore a
passion for Jesus in this young generation.
Their hearts will turn and be ignited with a holy passion. The prayers of God's people will
stop the flow of perversion across this
land. Pray as never before to stop this flow!

I'm Calling My Body to Unity!!!
Wayne MacKay
This morning while praying I received the following:
My Children, it is time to take what I have given you and take it out
of the four walls of the church. You ask, "How do I do that Lord". I
will give you one of the keys to go forward. It is called UNITY.
Unity with one another. Unity with the Leadership. Unity with the
pastors and among the pastors. Unity with the different churches in
the community. The key is unity, unity, unity. Remember the song
that you have been singing in your churches "Breaking Dividing Walls"?
Now is the time to do that. Don't look at the differences between
each of you. Between the churches. Between the pastors. Look at
what you have in common. It is ME. You have Jesus in common.
The signs, wonders, miracles and healings you have been crying out
for -- they are right around the corner. The time is at hand. NOW is
the time to break the dividing walls, to come into unity. Look what
happened in Cali, Columbia and in Hemet, California. Do you want that
to happen in your town? In your city? In your COUNTRY?!!! Then come
to Me in UNITY. Pray for the walls to be torn down. Pray for the
unity among nations, nationalities. Come together in UNITY.
That is my call. My answer to those of you who have been calling out
to Me for the signs, wonders, miracles, healings - COME TOGETHER IN
UNITY!!!
Love & Blessings,
Wayne
****************
This is Evelyn. I was praying over Wayne's prophecy (above) and heard
the following:
My children, you like to look for the "shortest" distance to your
goal. But what looks the shortest is not always so. For instance, I
said in John 17 that the world will know God sent Me (Jesus) if you
love each other. But you have thought it would be so much easier,
shorter just to PREACH Jesus to them rather than to actually have to
SHOW them My love. So the world has not known. And many have
scoffed.
Now I tell you, if you want miracle-working power among you, dwell in
unity with each other. You have thought it much easier just to seek
My face individually. But corporate power will not come by individual
intimacy.
Remember I said in 1 John that you can't love Me and hate your
brother? You also can't love Me and slander and accuse others. Even
when it's "true". You can't love Me and criticize and undermine your
leaders. Or feel self-righteous over other denominations, or hold
onto your divisions and factions. To truely love Me, you must love
and bless each other and seek unity. Does it look like a longer,
harder path to you? Yes, but it's the ONE that gets there. You've
seen it work in Cali, in Hemet. They sought Me TOGETHER, they blessed
and prayed for EACH OTHER; not just within their own church, but
across all the lines. THAT'S why I could come in My power. That way
there is no one to take credit because of this doctrine or that method
or philosophy. My power is to unite, not divide. Therefore, IT WILL
COME ON A UNITED PEOPLE!
Blessings,
Wayne & Evelyn MacKay

...that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You,
that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You
sent Me.
Someone may fear that we are magnifying private religion out of all
proportion, that the "us" of the New Testament is being displaced by
a selfish "I." Has it ever occurred to you that one hundred pianos
all tuned to the same fork are automatically tuned to each other?
They are of one accord by being tuned, not to each other, but to
another standard to which each one must individually bow. So one
hundred worshippers meeting together, each one looking away to Christ,
are in heart nearer to each other than they could possibly be were
they to become "unity" conscious and turn their eyes away from God to
strive for closer fellowship. Social religion is perfected when
private religion is purified. The body becomes stronger as its
members become healthier. The whole church of God gains when the
members that compose it begin to seek a better and a higher life.

Then as a leader enable me to encourage others as well, individually,
so that all to whom I minister might be in harmony as we individually
are close to You. Amen."

SPRINKLE MANY NATIONS!
DOUG FORTUNE
"So shall He SPRINKLE many NATIONS..."(Is.52:15). God
spoke very clearly to me recently, 'THIS is the DAY to
sprinkle many nations!'
As we read through the books of Moses we find numerous
mention of sprinkling. This sprinkling is always done by a
Priest; most of the time it is done at an altar;
sprinkling BLOOD is mentioned most, but also you'll find
references to sprinkling OIL and to sprinkling WATER.
You and I are Kings and Priests of the Most High and our
very lives are to be altars of continual intercession as
the Spirit within us prays. "...for we do not know what
prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought,
but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and
pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and
groanings too deep for utterance."(Rom.8:26). The next
verse tells us that the Spirit prays according to the will
and purpose of God, and we know that WE are the temple of
the Holy Spirit, "... you yourselves also are being built
up with the rest, to form a fixed abode, dwelling place of
God in, by, and through the Spirit."(Eph.2:22). So WE are
the temple, and of course the Golden Altar was in the
midst of the temple, just as the Spirit is in the midst of
US, so from THIS altar we SPRINKLE. Even though we, in our
NATURAL mind may not know how or what to pray, as we allow
the Holy Spirit to pray through us we can pray the will of
God over nations.
With the Kingly anointing of spiritual authority we can
decree the purpose of God and the God-ordained destiny
over nations... with the Priestly anointing of spiritual
authority we can intercede
that the judgment of a nation's idolatry be covered in
mercy; remember Jesus' prayer on the cross?... "forgive
them Father...".
You might be thinking, 'Doesn't that verse say HE, meaning
Jesus, will sprinkle?'. Obviously yes, He is our High
Priest and His sprinkling was on the cross, but we too are
Priests... HE is the Head, but we are His Body... the
ministry of Christ is still effected through His Body
today. Didn't He say, 'greater works shall YOU do'? As
Kings and Priests we are APPROPRIATING the FINISHED work
of Christ, bringing the Kingdom to bear upon this world.
We must sprinkle the BLOOD upon the nations: That the
nations experience the salvation and deliverance of
Passover, a mighty harvest of souls for the Kingdom of
"Christ, our Passover".
We must sprinkle the OIL upon the nations: That the Holy
Spirit's illuminating Light of Pentecost will shine forth
in the nations, bringing people into the 'earnest' or down
payment of the fullness of the Spirit promised.
We must sprinkle the WATER upon the nations: That "as it
was in the days of Noah" a mighty flood of the knowledge
or ONENESS with the glory of the Lord will cover the
earth, thus consummating all things in Christ in the Feast
of Tabernacles.
As I mentioned earlier, most sprinkling was done at the
altar; this represents not only the altar of prayer/
intercession, but it speaks of another altar... the CROSS.
We can 'sprinkle the nations' from the position of simply
appropriating and enforcing that which is already
FINISHED. We know that the kingdoms of this world are
become the Kingdom of the Lord and His Christ, but that
doesn't mean we sit idly by. Daniel understood that the
Babylonian captivity was ended, still he appropriated it
in prayer and fasting.
It is interesting to note that in the Amplified Bible many
times instead of translating it 'sprinkle', it is
translated as "...the priests shall DASH its blood round
about against the altar." (Lev.1:11). Perhaps I'm reading
more into it than is there, but to DASH something implies
using FORCE. "And from the days of John the Baptist until
the present time the Kingdom of heaven has endured violent
assault, and violent men seize it by FORCE..." (Mt.11:12).
I believe that THIS is the day to FORCEFULLY exercise the
Kingly/ Priestly spiritual authority of being seated IN
Christ, empowered by the FINISHED work of the cross and
SPRINKLE MANY NATIONS!
Let us cry out for the nations as Priests... let us decree
over the nations as Kings... let us advance the Kingdom of
God in the earth as we FORCEFULLY SPRINKLE many nations!
(A couple days after I had written this article, the Lord
spoke the following to me):
This is the DAY to sprinkle many nations; for what defines
the nation?... is it that which can be seen with the
natural eye, the infrastructure, the political system, the
wealth laid up in storehouses?... NO, what defines the
nation is the spiritual atmosphere, the heavenly realm
that permeates the nation. And what determines this
spiritual atmosphere?... the condition of men's hearts,
whether they be filled with Light or darkness. And what
greatly affects the condition of men's hearts?... the
principles by which men live, thus establishing the
PRINCIPALITIES that operate through those principles, and
giving authority to those entities that obscure the Light
from the eyes of mens' understanding - RULERS of darkness.
Know that I have seated YOU in Christ at My right hand of
authority, FAR ABOVE principalities, rulers and dominions,
and from THIS vantage point I call you to decree MY
PURPOSE over the nations! Sprinkle the nations, O sons...
sprinkle the nations, O sons... sprinkle MANY nations!

Come and walk with Me
HOLLIE L. MOODY
I was excited; wondering what the Lord would be speaking
to me, showing to me, or revealing to me. To my surprise
and perplexity, nothing further happened. I wondered if I
had really heard the Lord say these words to me, and went
to Him in prayer.
"What did you just speak to me?" I asked the Lord.
"Come and walk with Me," the Lord repeated once again.
Once again, nothing further seemed to happen. Each
morning, and throughout the day for the rest of the week,
the Lord spoke the same phrase to me. "Come and walk with
Me."
I have learned by now, when the Lord speaks something to
me, to wait upon that word. So, I waited. And I waited.
And I waited. While I was waiting, I walked. The Lord had
asked me to come and take a walk with Him, so I walked
with Him through the Word. I walked with Him as I watched
my children playing. I walked with Him as I sat outside
watching the clouds and listening to the birds calling to
each other.
"Come and walk with Me," I heard the Lord ask me once
again.
Once again, I was expecting nothing further to develop
with these words. To my surprise, though, this time, the
Lord and I really took a walk.
I saw the Lord and I as we walked down a small dirt road
in what appeared to be the country. The Lord had what
appeared to be an old fashioned scale in one hand. He
seemed very solemn and serious, and stared straight ahead.
"Where are we going, Lord?" I asked the Lord.
"Visiting," the Lord replied.
"Who are we going to visit?" I asked the Lord.
"My people," the Lord replied. "My churches."
In silence, I walked with the Lord.
We came to the doors of a church. A service was in
progress in this church. The Lord and I entered the church
and stood quietly in the back. Silently, the Lord and I
observed the service and the people.
The service was loud and the music was playing. The people
were singing, clapping their hands, worshipping and
praising. Everything in this service appeared to be very
exciting, and it was obvious from observing the faces of
the people that they were joyful.
I looked at the Lord. "This is a good service, isn't it,
Lord?" I asked.
"Don't mistake worship for relationship," the Lord
replied.
I was puzzled by the Lord's reply.
The Lord walked to the front of the church. I followed Him
silently. When the Lord reached the front of the church,
He placed the scale on the ground. He then took the Word
of God and placed it on one end of the scale. That side of
the scale tilted all the way to the ground. Then, the Lord
reached out and gathered the congregation into one of His
hands. The church became like a cluster of grapes in His
hand. The Lord placed this cluster of grapes on the other
end of the scale. Nothing happened. The end of the scale
with the Word of God on it remained all the way on the
ground. The side of the scale with the cluster of grapes
upon it, remained all the way up.
Then, the Lord reached out and gathered the cluster of
grapes into one of His hands, and began to squeeze the
grapes until the juices of the grapes ran freely. Then,
the Lord picked the scale back up and silently walked from
the church. Just as silently, I followed Him. I was very
puzzled about what had just happened in this congregation.
"Could You please explain to me what just happened in that
church?" I asked the Lord.
"Many of My people have confused worship with a
relationship with Me," the Lord began to explain to me.
"There are many marriages that have a good and exciting
physical relationship, but when you look closer at that
marriage, you will begin to discover many problems that
have been hidden and concealed by the excitement of the
physical relationship in that marriage. In the same way
that many people think a good physical relationship in a
marriage means the marriage is good, just so do many of My
people also mistakenly feel that if they and their
congregation has a good worship relationship with me that
must mean all is well with them and their congregation.
This is not always true. Don't confuse worship with a
relationship with Me," the Lord repeated to me.
I was still somewhat puzzled and perplexed by the Lord's
words. We continued to walk.
"Where are we going now?" I asked the Lord.
"Visiting," the Lord replied. "I have spoken to many of a
coming judgment. A judgment against sin and
unrighteousness. This judgment will begin in My own house,
among My own people . It is My Word that will judge them."
The Lord and I then proceeded to go visiting. We visited
large churches, small churches, home churches, and
churches which consisted at times of only a husband and
wife, or a husband and wife and their children or friends
and relatives. Each of these churches, was weighed in the
balance on the scale the Lord carried under His arm. The
churches that didn't measure up to the Word of God, were
wrung in the Lord's hand.
Several of the churches the Lord and I visited, when we
entered, the people were prostrate on the floor, weeping.
In these churches, there was a heaviness in the air. There
was no music playing, no loud singing. There was at times
much groaning. At other times, there was only the muffled
sound of
weeping. These churches always appeared to excite the
Lord. At the same time, even while appearing excited, the
Lord would also appear very gentle and compassionate with
the people in these churches who were lying prostrate on
the floors. The Lord would go from each of these people to
the next, laying a hand gently on their head, uttering
small words of comfort to them, soothing and encouraging
them. When the Lord would place these churches on the
scale to be weighed, each end of the scale would be even
with the other end of the scale. After this time of being
weighed, the weeping would cease, the people would get to
their feet, and they would worship. There was something
different, though, in the manner these people worshipped
than in the worship of the first church the Lord and I had
visited.
These people were always looking up, tears running down
their cheeks, their hands raised upwards. Their worship at
times also became loud, and there would also be music
playing. But there was a totally different spirit in this
worship than in the worship of the first church the Lord
and I had visited.
What I felt was a spirit of brokenness and humility.
At the end of our time of visiting, I sat quietly as I
thought and pondered about all that I had seen as I had
gone visiting with the Lord. I felt a peace in my heart,
yet also a sort of shamed humbleness as I thought about
what I had learned that seemed to excite the Lord in a
church.
The Lord desires worship that comes from a broken,
contrite, humble heart. Before we attempt to worship Him,
the Lord desires that we have a relationship with Him that
begins on our knees or with us on our faces before Him. I
don't think I will ever again worship the same way I used
to in church, as I will now as a result of having gone
visiting with the Lord. I don't think I will ever again
confuse worship with a relationship with the Lord.

THE HARVEST YOU ARE CALLED TO MAY NOT BE ON YOUR "OWN" FIELD
We live on a small but beautiful hillside, though we don't own the
house or the land. My family and I are surrounded by hundreds of
acres of beautiful grass. It's a grass seed farm. In fact, much of
the area around this part of Oregon is farmed for grass seed. Many of
the farmers are faithful Mennonite farmers who have been here for
decades.
TIME TO GATHER THE SEED
As summer arrived a few weeks ago, the harvest was ripe. Time to
gather the seed for others to plant. Sounds like the Lord's Harvest,
doesn't it?
Rick Joyner, a prophetic voice to the church speaks of a harvest
coming which will be so huge, many will think it to be the final
harvest, yet this huge harvest will only be the seed of newly saved
laborers who will eventually bring in the final harvest.
Since our house is surrounded by these grass fields, which are not our
own--- one night, at just the right time-- the combines showed up and
began the work of the harvest--suddenly and without notice. Right up
to our house they came, passing by close to the midnight hour. Once
these farmers start the harvest, they work 12-16 hours a day, often
using younger members of the household to drive these huge machines.
Spiritual analogies abound here, of course.
When it's time, IT'S TIME!
As we turned in for the night, we could see four to five combines
coming close to our back yard with bright headlights showing them the
way. Modern equipment allows for work late into the night--and even
all night, if necessary.
In the morning, the harvest on all sides of our house was
completed. Yet our family of five had a great night of peaceful sleep
while this harvest around us had been gathered. With a fan blowing to
drown out the sound, we had no disturbance to our rest. And we had no
guilty conscience that we should be out working in THAT FIELD--because
it wasn't our harvest field, even though it was all around us.
HARVEST YOUR OWN FIELD--N0 MATTER WHERE THAT FIELD IS LOCATED
My harvest field, both spiritually and physically, has been recently
for the most part, the various ministries of THE ELIJAH LIST. I'm
able to minister all around the world from way out here in the middle
of nowhere.
Don't misunderstand me though. I have local projects--people I'm
"watering" and tending to. But for the most part, my harvest field is
often over the phone lines to the "utter parts of the world." That's even
how I earn my living as well.
My neighbors earn their living through harvesting what appears to be
my field--but it's not my field at all.
The Lord began to speak to me through this "natural" lesson--as He
often does.
THOUGH OTHERS ARE CONVENTIONAL, GOD MAY CALL YOU TO A DIFFERENT FIELD
Voices all around you and I can make one feel "guilty" if we are not
taking part in the harvest in the "traditional" or "conventional" way.
I'm blessed not to be experiencing that kind of guilt in my life right
now, but for much of my life, I did experience it, as have many of you
have---am I right?
God has assigned each of you a harvest field but it may not be what is
right in front of your eyes. It might be over the hills or through
the woods, on the internet, the telephone, or simply at work--every
day. Or it may in fact be right IN your own home. There are mothers
whose harvest field cannot be more important than the field of their
children's' lives--raising them to follow Jesus. Some mothers with new
or large families find themselves devoted to nearly 24-hour care and
nurturing of their young "upstarts." Raising children to love the Lord,
while interceding for others is as important a harvest field as a harvest
field gets.
THE HARDEST PART OF THE HARVEST
Here's what the Lord said was the hardest part of the Harvest. Watch
closely:
========
John 4:36-38 Even now the reaper draws his wages, even now he harvests
the crop for eternal life, so that the sower AND the reaper may be
glad TOGETHER. Thus the saying 'One sows and another reaps' is true.
I sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the
HARD WORK, and you have reaped the benefits of their labor."
========
You may have worked all your life and never been able to lead one
person to the Lord. But you've sown seeds, ministered to, befriended,
and loved the unsaved, the unlovely, and the unlikely. One day, when
you least expect it, someone may, or someone has, or someone will-- come
along and suddenly "harvest" that person for the Kingdom--and you may not
appear to "get credit" for it.
But you know what? Jesus HIMSELF said that the sowing was the HARD
WORK (read the Scripture above again if you missed it), and if someone
comes along and reaps where YOU have sown, YOU DID THE HARD WORK, and
by inference, what they did was easier in comparison to your long-term
sacrifice of time, energy, and resources on behalf of "the sowing."
SOWING AND NURTURING IS PART OF THE HARVEST--AND IT'S HARDER
So . . . Look to whatever field the Lord has given you. The
HARVEST has two parts--sowing and reaping. Sowing is the harder work.
If you are sowing---and if you are doing it faithfully in the field
you have been called to--then don't worry if harvesting is happening
all around you. Sleep guilt-free and in peace. They are harvesting
what they have been called to harvest.
If you are one that harvests wherever you go, God has gifted you
immensely. But remember this, you are often reaping where others have
sowed. That means you must remain humble in your harvesting, knowing
full-well that if others had not spent great amounts of love in the
sowing, you would not now be reaping. And after you reap, still others
will clean, heal, teach, and restore what you have harvested. So again,
harvesters, STAY HUMBLE.
As Jesus said, "...so that the sower AND the reaper may be glad
TOGETHER."
Just ask the Lord to have you sow or reap where YOU are called to
sow or reap. And then, if others are harvesting their own crops right
up to your back door, you can still sleep peacefully and guilt-free
while they labor.

FIELD OF STONES
John L. Moore
Many are weary for they have labored removing stones from
the fields they were never assigned to, and exhausted,
they are tempted to fall asleep now during the time of
Harvest. The Lord would say, "Arouse yourself and look
around. There is a field over the hill that has been
rightly prepared for you.
The time of harvest is a time of entering in and
redeeming and honoring the times of
those who went before you.
LATER ARRIVERS GET PAID THE SAME
The time of harvest is to reap where you have not
sown and experience the reward of those who have arrived
late to labor but share in the full reward.
BEWARE THE FIELD OF STONES
Beware the field of stones. This is the land
of hardened hearts and the Lord Himself will deal with
this earth. Cross over into the prepared field, the one
staked for you, measured by His hand and allotted as the
land of your anointing. Even the rows are measured
according to each harvester's pace. There is joy in this
field, not burden. Lay down the false burden before it
lays you down for it is a rock of stumbling, a stone of
offense.

A GOLDEN ROOF
While traveling the other day, my husband and I saw a strange sight. As
we came down a hill, through the trees, we could see a brightly shining
golden roof on a house. It was so bright, but it was absolutely
beautiful. It caught our eye, as we had never seen a roof that color. I
remembered thinking, that if the sun's light reflected just right, it
could blind someone driving down the road.
I continued to look at the roof of the house through the trees as we
descended down the hill. Suddenly, right before my husband's and my eyes,
the roof turned grayish white. NO GOLDEN ROOF! It was gone!
I sat silently for a moment, and pondered what just had taken place.
Then, sort of reluctantly, I said to my husband, "I think we just saw the
glory of God resting upon someone's home." He agreed.
As we traveled down the road, I believe the Lord spoke this to me.
"Before too long, these happenings will become common place. The glory of
the Lord will be seen upon those that are mine. I will shine forth the
glory that will draw all men to me. The drunks will stagger onto the
property of my people, after seeing with their eyes the fire. They will
fall on their knees and repent without a word spoken by my people.
I will do it by My Spirit, so no man will take the credit. The woman
contemplating abortion of her unborn child, will change her mind after she
is drawn to the glory where she will find Me. Many babies will be spared
in this manner. Many others shall be humbled, as they will not be able to
explain away what they are seeing with their eyes. Like Thomas, many
doubters, those that have been hesitant but still kept hope alive, will be
convinced that I AM. Pilots will report what they have seen from the
air, as they have seen the glory rest upon my own, upon the earth below.
Many people will come weeping, and crying and I will wipe away their
tears. Many will come stooped under many burdens and I will take their
load. I will straighten that which is crooked and bring water out of dry
ground. The hard hearts will melt with my touch.
So, people who call me by name, prepare now for what I will do. I am
bringing the sinner, the lame, and down trodden to you. Prepare the way
by drawing nigh to me. Prepare to meet your destiny in Me. The Glory of
the Lord is in this place.
You will see and know who my chosen are when my glory has been manifest.
The day will show who are truly mine anointed children. It will be
evident in that day. For out of obscurity and out of the darkness, there
will be a light here, and a light there. The least expected will shine in
that day. Rejoice, for you will not be left out, you who have been hidden
for a time.
Motion for the singers and the dancers to begin. It is time and I am
ready to come. "
Psalms 91:1-2
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of
the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, "My refuge and my fortress, My God,
in whom I trust!"

The End of Things
Jesus loves me, this I know
For the Bible tells me so,
Little ones to Him belong
They are weak, but He is strong!
"Come to an End "
Straining at gnats,
Striking at rocks,
Shouting at mountains,
till they fall down
Trying to remove specks
from the eyes of your brothers
Blinded by the log in your own.
Trying to be right, but dressed
in filthy rags
Of religion and self-appointed place
That results in disgrace.
"It's all about you, Jesus.
This all is for You,
For Your glory and your fame.
It's not about me,
And trying to do it my way,
You alone are Lord,
And I surrender to Your name."
