Compassion That Fails Not!

Homer Owen

And Jesus was going about all the cities and the villages, teaching in their synagogues, and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and every kind of sickness. And seeing the multitudes, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and downcast like sheep without a shepherd. (Matthew 9:35-36)

I found myself talking with the Lord this week about compassion and having a need for His compassion among the people here in the Hills of Samaria. I was working on my miniature golf thing here in Ariel and looked up and this young Jewish woman with two young sons were walking towards me and so I stopped to say shalom. I ask her where she lived and she pointed down the street and then added that she had to be out of her apartment in two weeks because her husband had left her and she didn¹t have the money to stay there. I was dumbfounded and she just pointed her finger towards heaven and said something to the effect that God knew and He would take care of them. As she walked off from me I felt so totally inadequate and mumbled a prayer for her and went on back to my work.

The next day I was told that just a few miles from us here in Ariel that an Arab man had been taken from his home and taken into an olive grove next to the village and shot. His crime: He had ask Jesus to be the Lord of his life. This is happening on a daily basis in Arafat¹s kingdom. The Mitchel plan states that people can not be jailed or persecuted because of their religious convictions. The Arab papers simply stated that this man was collaborating with the enemy and someone took matters into their own hands and killed him. He left a wife and six children. In the Moslem mind the enemy is Jesus.

We have been working with an Arab family that makes virgin olive oil soap. The father has been in an Arafat jail for almost a year now because he had accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. They have held this man all these months without any charges but because of the Mitchel plan they have brought charges of murder against him. A murder that supposedly took place years ago.

Does your theology tell you that your going to be raptured out of this mess and you will not have to suffer? There are many who strongly believe that the rapture of the Church will preclude any suffering and hardships. Can you imagine going to these homes and telling the wives that they just need to get ready for the rapture. Ruby and I spent some time in China a few years back and saw that millions are being persecuted today for their faith in Jesus.

It is said that more people have been martyred for their faith in the past 100 years than in the previous 1900 years combined. It is impossible for most folks that are reading this today to relate to the suffering of many believers much less have compassion for them. Lord, help us to be able to identify with Your people.

As you know I am not much on raising money for needs, but if the Lord has spoken to your heart about helping these families let me know and I will tell you what you can do. I am personally continuing to ask the Lord to give me more compassion for those around me.

This is coming to you from Homer Owen in Ariel, Israel. If you desire to be removed from my list, please let me know. Blessings on you this Shabatt.

Worship: What's Missing

A. W. Tozer

Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. -Psalm 95:6

Christian churches have come to the dangerous time predicted long ago. It is a time when we can pat one another on the back, congratulate ourselves and join in the glad refrain, "We are rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing!"

It certainly is true that hardly anything is missing from our churches these days--except the most important thing. We are missing the genuine and sacred offering of ourselves and our worship to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ....

We have been surging forward. We are building great churches and large congregations. We are boasting about high standards and we are talking a lot about revival.

But I have a question and it is not just rhetoric: What has happened to our worship?

I cannot speak for you, but I want to be among those who worship. I do not want just to be a part of some great ecclesiastical machine where the pastor turns the crank and the machine runs. You know-- the pastor loves everybody and everybody loves him. He has to do it. He is paid to do it.

I wish that we might get back to worship again. Then when people come into the church they will instantly sense that they have come among holy people, God's people. They can testify, "Of a truth God is in this place." Whatever Happened to Worship?, 9-10,20.

"Lord, 'I want to be among those who worship.' I've been guilty at times of going through the motions, and I pray that today You might fill me with a brand new sense of genuine worship. Amen."

I Will Reveal These Things

Stephen Hanson

At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people--everyone whose name is found written in the book--will be delivered. [2] Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt. [3] Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever. [4] But you, Daniel, close up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge. DA 12:1

He replied, "Go your way, Daniel, because the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end. [10] Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand. DA 12:9

Now, brothers, about times and dates we do not need to write to you, [2] for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. [3] While people are saying, "Peace and safety," destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. 1TH 5:1

"This is the time to come to Me. Come to Me...."

"This earth and everything in it will pass away. Everything shows the signs of progress all around you. There is progress in the field of medicine. There is progress in the field of technology. There are advances in science. There is progress in the area of research. There is progress in the field of education. There has been progress in many of these areas. I have said in my word that "knowledge will increase." I spoke and said these things to my servant Daniel. I said that those things that I revealed to him were to be "shut up" until the appropriate time. Much of what I told him has already come to pass. Many of those nations and empires have come to power. But there are still some things that have been hidden. But I will reveal these things to you and disclose them to you. "

"That man of perdition has been hidden for some time now. Many have speculated as to who he was. I have said that he would say "peace" to whomever would follow him. That time is near, and approaches even at the door. I have said that my word would be brought unto the ends of the earth, and so this has been done. I have said in my word that there will be signs upon the earth. These things will continue until I come. I have said that the time will come when you will be hated and handed over to the authorities. You know nothing of persecution until that time comes. I have said that many will fall away from the faith. Many have followed after teachers who have "tickled their ears." I have said that when they say that there is peace, sudden destruction will come upon them. Do not suppose that these things will not happen. "

"I say that it is time, time again to fortify the walls. And then, when these things come, you will not be caught unaware. I have called you all to do my work. Continue to do that work. There will be many advances for my kingdom in the coming months. Continue in this work that has been formulated. But remember what I have told you in my word concerning these things. Continue in the corporate ministries that I've called you to. Surely, there is to be found strength and wisdom in working together. Surely, I will reveal these things to you that I have spoken about. At the appropriate time the books will be opened and they will be disclosed. "

Restoration

Arlette Pollard

Are not all My works known from the beginning of the world. Am I as a man who would hold back any good promise made to you my precious servants. The Tabernacle of David which hath fallen down has been restored in you this day. You are the brilliant stones that I have polished and put into place. There is no need to seek My face amongst the ruins of the dark. For the temple that I have created within you will now shine brightly upon the darkness of the earth. For you are indeed the temple I indwell. All has been restored and we now have freedom to walk and talk together in the garden of My love. Come partake today of this garden that I have planted. Rest and be refreshed as we walk and talk together this day.

You have walked through the open door that I have placed before you. A door that no one could close. There is joy and power to be lived as you walk through the door and into the freedom of a new day. Into a life that I have prepared for you long ago. For you have seen a great light and have partaken and have now become reflections of this light. Shine brightly. Shine brilliantly. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. I call you today to shine so majestically that the darkness will flee and lose its power over you and those around you.

All my plans have been put into place it is time to move into position. There is no time to retreat. Truly all lies will be exposed. Those who have tried to harm you in the past will now come to you and ask for forgiveness. Receive them. Bless them. For what you have received must now be given back tenfold. I know you are my servants, I know your deepest needs, and I know you have faced many trials and suffered much for me. And I've been waiting for this moment all has been confirmed. You've fought the good fight and I am placing upon your heads crowns of gold. Stand strong in this miraculous power that has been placed upon you.

The day will continue to grow darker for those who walk in darkness. But you are those who have overcome the darkness. You will no longer be led in bondage, as slaves to this world. You are have become part of the New Jerusalem, it is placed upon your heart. You have now been given eyes to see and ears to hear. My name I have written upon you, My Holy ones, My righteous ones. Dance, rejoice, lift up your hands in praise as thanksgiving for the revelation of the truth of who I am and who you have become in Me.

It is the day of new beginnings. All things have passed away. Return not again to the world but gain strength as you receive all that has been placed upon you, within you. You are My vessels, receive My life, My living waters of healing, freedom, truth. I am with you always to the end of the world. I will never forsake you. I am your comforter, your redeemer, Your Father who sits and reigns upon the throne of your life.

Worship: An Attitude of the Heart

Kenneth Greatorex

In consideration of the matter of WORSHIP it is important that we understand the difference between that which most consider worship to be and what God considers it to be. True worship comes from a heart that adores God in ALL of His ways. As we will learn from the Scriptures, worship is a heart and mind attitude.

An understanding of Psalm 103:7 is a good starting place. "He has made known His WAYS to Moses, His ACTS to the sons of Israel." Our humanity rightly rejoices in the ACTS of God and this causes praise to well up within our hearts. Now for many the term, "WAYS" is confusing. The Hebrew word is "derek" [Strong’s #1870]. It means, the way, the path, the journey. What is involved here is the fact that God and Moses were in a relationship where Moses learned somewhat of the "how," "why," and "for what purpose" God was doing, or not doing, as He willed.

Both the Hebrew and Greek words used for WORSHIP mean to BOW DOWN, and that in adoration. Paul wrote in amazement of how the Gentiles were fellow heirs with the Jews, and this according to the ETERNAL PURPOSE brought into being in Christ Jesus our Lord. His heart bowed in worship as he wrote, "For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name." [Ephesians 3:14 NAU]

BOWING DOWN [Hebrew Shachah #7812 meaning worship or bowing] is done to those in a high place of authority. We have a prophetic example of this in Genesis 37:9-10. Joseph relates that the sun [his father], the moon [his mother], and the stars [his brothers] were going to bow down to him. We know that this literally came to pass in Egypt when Joseph was elevated to a position, just below Pharaoh and above all others. In time his family actually bowed down to him. [Please note the words "sun, moon and stars," and remember that this Middle Eastern terminology is used elsewhere in Scripture.]

There is a different picture of WORSHIP in Genesis 22:5. Abraham was taking Isaac up Mount Moriah to offer him as a sacrifice in obedience to God. Having reached a certain point he told his servants, "Stay here with the donkey, and I and the lad will go over there will go over there; and WE will WORSHIP and return to you." If you or I had been there and known Abraham’s intention we would have made sure that he never sacrificed his son. Let’s face it, he must be insane, or heard someone other than God. To Abraham this horrible matter had nothing to do with sacrificing his son, it was strictly a MATTER OF WORSHIP. WORSHIP includes surrendering ALL we hold dear back to God.

In Job 1:20 we find a puzzling situation. "Then Job arose and tore his robe and shaved his head, and he fell to the ground and WORSHIPED." To us it is clear that Job had lost his mind, and was in deep depression over the loss of his possessions, servants, and sons and daughters. How could he worship? What would we have done? We must remember that he was a blameless and upright man who feared God and turned away from evil. [Job 1:8] He recognized God more than the evils that had, and would, befall him.

That David was a "man after God’s heart" is well known, as well as his major sins. Now think about his reaction when his son conceived with Bathsheba was "struck by the LORD, so that he was very sick, and in spite of David’s prayers, died. His servants were not able to understand David’s change from fasting, and weeping to normal eating and dressing. Once David learned the child had died, "he came into the house of the Lord and WORSHIPED." He knew that, "he would go to him, but he will not return back to me." [2 Samuel 12:15-23]

In every case WORSHIP was an acknowledgment of the greatness of God. Consider the worship attitude in Psalm 95:6-7, "Come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker. For He is our God, and we are the people of HIS pasture the sheep of HIS hand. Notice the confession of being GOD’s POSSESSION. This was the reason for worship.

In Psalm 132:7-8 we see something of CORPORATE WORSHIP. "Let US go into His dwelling place; let US WORSHIP at His footstool. Arise, O, LORD to your resting place, You and the ark of Your strength." The people came to His DWELLING place and in turn He found His REST in them. This is a topic in itself.

Psalm 22:27, Psalm 86:9-10 and Revelation 15:4 speak prophetically of the day when ALL NATIONS will come and WORSHIP. This is very much in line with Romans 14:11, and Philippians 2:10-11 which reads, "so that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE WILL BOW, of those that are in heaven and on earth and under the earth." This is a bowing in worship of the mighty Jesus Christ of whom "every tongue will confess to the glory of God the Father."

Many have found the Book of Revelation to be a book of FEAR, when in reality it was written to and for the saints of the day it was given to bring encouragement and comfort in the midst of the tremendous persecutions they were suffering. This book is a PRESENT book to us in that we see CHRIST AS HE NOW IS! It is a book of WORSHIP. A few of the verses we could touch upon are: Revelation 4:10; 5:11-14; 7:11-12; 11:16-17 and 19:4-6.

Much, much more may be said on the matter of worship as this lesson is not all inclusive. REMEMBER THAT TRUE WORSHIP IS AN ATTITUDE OF THE HEART THAT ACKNOWLEDGES GOD IN ALL OF HIS WAYS, INCLUDING THOSE THAT ARE IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO UNDERSTAND, OR TO EVEN AGREE WITH.

Manufactured Ministry

Mark Sadler

Manufactured Ministry Form, Art, and Illusion

by Pastor Mark Sadler

This month I am wanting to write a heart-directed word to the shepherds of the flocks of the land.

As a pastor myself of a local congregation, I must recognize what the Lord IS and IS NOT saying. This word is not of judgementalism, neither is it a word of comfort. But an awareness of harvesting that the Lord desires to come forth.

We as pastors in this day, will not be able to shepherd the sheep, amongst our own abilities. It will take the cooperative anointings of the Apostle, Prophet, and Intercessors, within our church, community and cities, to help build the habitation of his presence.

We as pastors must come to embrace what the Lord has been desiring to form around us for our safety, and assistance.

Now, I could speak from the platform of 1st Corinthians chapter 12, but I want to dive a little deeper within the advancing the kingdom in power. I want to perhaps raise the window blinds, and open the closet doors, as to peer within.

Psalms 145:13 says Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And Your dominion endures throughout all generations. Daniel 4: 3 How great are His signs, And how mighty His wonders! His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And His dominion is from generation to generation.

Whenever God establishes His Kingdom, it stands forever. Whenever God lays righteous kingdom foundations, they remain firm, stable, everlasting. The foundation of God that you desire to build upon, must be built by pure motives, cooperative anointings, and tempered instruments.

Its not the foundations poured by God that makes a building or habitation unstable, Its what men allow and DON'T allow to be built upon that foundation, that causes its advancement, or its collapse. Its also the foundations laid by man, born by fleshly blueprints, designed by false or unpractical builders, that bring about the fall of the house.

Manufactured Ministry : Form, Art, and Illusion:

Ezekiel 34:2

Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks? 3 Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock. 4 The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them. 5 And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered

Isaiah 56:10-12

10 His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. 11 Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter. 12 Come ye, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and to morrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant.

We as ministers, are to lead the sheep out of dry parched places, out of wilderness areas, where beasts seek to devour, and bring them to a place of peaceful waters, and plenty. But we cannot do it by manufactured anointings, superficial programs, or deceptions. We are to provide a environment, conducive to his presence, glory, image, and standard.

But we cannot do it by ourselves, a one-man show peddling a "miracle" elixir to a diseased nation. We must have the Apostles and Prophets within our midst illuminating darkness, and expelling it at the root. They are to assist us in removing "growth restricting" diseases , so that the outcome is a healthy, vibrant, and advancing church. We desperately need the Intercessors, crying out for cultivation processes of the land.

If we as pastors don't align ourselves by the Spirit, to the company of these deposits within the body of Christ, they "the sheep", will become fragmented, and will be a risk factor within the environment in which they graze. We need the apostolic laboring among us. We need the prophetic speaking within us. Especially, in this hour. We need to hear what is being spoken to and through the intercessors. Right Now!

I have come to an understanding of this. If we are going to see the Kingdom of God advance with power, purpose, and vibrance, to the inhabitants of the earth, then we will need to surround ourselves with the Apostles, Prophets, and Intercessors. We have to respond to them with all haste to bring about the stability, vision, and birthing, of that which is to come.

Lets Take Heed and be Blessed!

Distorted Images

Hollie Moody

I had a vision where I saw satan and his demons sifting sheep. I felt that these sheep mainly represented people who are used in the prophetic. I heard their cries and prayers to the Lord as they were going through this sifting process.

The Lord was there during this whole sifting process.

I watched as satan and his demons also began to press down on the sheep. There were also files in the hands of satan and his demons. They were scraping these files back and forth across the sheep.

The sheep were being pressed down, oppressed, and worn down. I could sense how weary many of them were.

I then saw as satan and his demons held up mirrors before the sheep. What was interesting to me, and caught my attention, was the fact that what was being reflected to the sheep from these mirrors, was not the actual image that should have been reflected. The reflection was false.

Many of the sheep began to flee in terror after they observed the reflection in the mirror.

I then saw as wolves began to appear and chase the fleeing sheep. Many of the sheep were caught by the wolves, and were injured and wounded. These injured and wounded sheep were left by the side of the road.

People in the attire of shepherds were walking down the road. Some of these shepherds stopped and stared in horror, and sometimes in disgust and revulsion, at the injured and wounded sheep.

Some of the shepherds stopped and began to tend to the injured and wounded sheep. I watched in dismay as wolves began to sneak upon the turned backs of the shepherds as they tended to the injuries and wounds of the fallen sheep.

As this was transpiring, another group of people appeared. They gathered around the shepherds who were tending the injured and wounded sheep, and began to sing and praise and worship. The singers and praisers were facing outwards from the shepherds. They had formed a circle around the worshippers. Those who were worshipping, were in a circle around the shepherds and the wounded sheep. They were facing the shepherds and the wounded sheep.

I saw the Lord enter into the midst of the people who were singing, praising and worshipping. When the Lord appeared in their midst, the wolves were unable to approach unto the people. Yet, they began to howl.

Demons appeared in the midst of the wolves. They were holding up mirrors once again and trying to reflect to the wounded sheep the distorted images being reflected in these mirrors.

The howls of the wolves, and the distorted images in the mirrors, frightened some of the sheep, and they tried to get to their feet to flee. The shepherds prevented them. This further frightened some of the sheep, and they began to fight the shepherds. The shepherds had to pull some of the struggling, frightened sheep into their arms in order to calm them down. This was not an easy task at all, yet they persevered.

The shepherds finally removed their cloaks and flung them completely over the wounded sheep. The wounded sheep could no longer see or even hear the howling of the wolves.

The shepherds then picked up the wounded sheep and carried them in their arms. Those who were singing, worshipping and praising maintained a tight circle around the shepherds and the wounded sheep.

The shepherds finally came to what appeared to be some type of a sanitarium. I saw what appeared to be doctors and nurses hurrying towards the shepherds and the wounded sheep.

The shepherds carried the wounded sheep into this sanitarium and entrusted them into the care of the doctors and nurses.

After the wounded sheep were healed, I saw as they came back through the doors of the sanitarium. The Lord was next to each of these sheep, and walked with them as they left the sanitarium.

I saw that even though the sheep were healed, they carried scars on their bodies from their wounds. Many of the sheep were limping. None of the sheep were hurrying, yet I sensed a strength and an inner resolve within them.

Then the vision ended.

***********

"Could You explain this to me?" I asked the Lord.

"I have shown you what is occurring in My Body to many of My children in this hour," the Lord said to me when this vision was over.

"The adversary has been sifting many of My children. He has been oppressing them. He has been wearing them down with a constant stream of unending problems and stresses in their lives and in the lives of their families, friends and congregations.

"This is occurring mainly to those who are sensitive to My Spirit and to the sound of My voice. The design behind this is to bring confusion to those who speak My words and My will to My children. It is to cause them to become silent and to doubt when they hear from Me.

"The enemy has been speaking powerful lies into the ears and hearts of many of My children. Fear, despair and discouragement has taken root in their hearts and minds. They are believing a lie and are accepting and perceiving it as truth. They have become fearful, and are running blindly from the fears and lies the enemy has brought upon them.

"As they run, they are left unprotected. They are becoming easy prey for the enemy who preys upon them as a devouring and hungry wolf. The wolves are leaving them injured and wounded.

"Many of the shepherds who should have compassion upon these injured and wounded sheep, are instead confused by their injuries and wounds. They are frustrated and angry with the wounded sheep. In their frustration with the wounded sheep, they are abandoning them to their wounds. These shepherds have not the heart of a shepherd, but of an hireling.

"Those shepherds who have My heart of compassion for My wounded children, are gathering around them in care and concern. As they tend to the wounded sheep, their backs are unprotected. They are even now being circled by roaming, ravenous wolves. They sense the wolves are behind them, yet they will sacrifice their lives for My sheep; for they are shepherds, not hirelings.

"I have and am raising up those to sing praises to Me, and who will worship until My presence is in their midst. My presence in the midst of My people will keep the enemy at bay. The enemy will try to frighten My injured, weak, children. He will try to convince them that the hands of the shepherds that are tending to their wounds, are the hands of the enemy. My shepherds must not despair to continue to reach out with love and compassion to My wounded, frightened, and confused sheep.

"I have prepared places of safety for My wounded sheep. There are those I have set aside for a season to tend to My wounded sheep. For a season, My wounded sheep will feel spiritually blind and deaf. Their wounds must first be ministered to before I send them forth once again with My words.

"This is a very intense time for many of My children. It is a time when the enemy will seek to bring division and misunderstandings between the sheep and the shepherds. The enemy will seek to distort the truth of a situation and cause it to be perceived wrongly by many sheep and shepherds.

"Look to Me, and not to the imaginings the enemy will seek to place within the hearts of My shepherds and My sheep. The enemy will use deceit and trickery to confuse My people. By knowing Me, and knowing truth, My people will discern what is true and what is false.

"The enemy is seeking to disrupt and destroy the unity that must exist between My shepherds and between those Who hear My voice. Both My shepherds and My sheep need to work as a unit in the spirit of unity in these days. Be award of the strategy of the enemy.

"Victory and deliverance will also come about through pure worship and praise to Me. I am raising up a multitude to sing, worship and praise Me. I will be in the midst of their praise and worship. My presence will bring strength to My people, and they will be safe in Me. I will save My people.

"Let My people be strong. Let them be encouraged in Me."

*************

Several verses and portions of Scripture came to my mind in regard to this vision.

Isaiah 61:1-3 ~~ "{1}The spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; {2}To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; {3}To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified."

The parable of the good Samaritan also came to mind (Luke 10:30-35). In this parable, the Samaritan finds a man who had been beaten lying by the side of the road. He cares for him, tends to his wounds, and brings him to an inn where he pays the innkeeper to take further care of the wounded man. The Lord instructed us to do as this Samaritan had done.

Ezekiel 34 also came to mind. This is a long chapter. For the sake of its length, please take the time to read this chapter privately. It will bring further light to this vision I had.

I have hesitated to state so strongly that I feel a particular attack against those who are prophetic. Yet, that is exactly what I feel, and have felt for months. I also feel, however, that this particular attack isn't solely against the unity between shepherds and prophetic people, but also between shepherds and their sheep. It's a two-pronged attack.

The shepherds (pastors, spiritual leaders, etc.) and those who are prophetic could perhaps endeavor to maintain open, on-going communication between themselves. This will help to prevent the shepherds and the prophetic people from beginning to imagine evil in their hearts towards one another. It will help to keep them from believing the distorted images the enemy may seek to reflect to them.

This is a time to draw closer together, not further apart. It is our distance between others of the flock which will cause us to become easy prey to the enemy. Through praise and worship, the Lord will indwell us and be in our midst. This will keep us focused upon what is true in our midst, instead of being focused upon the false and distorted images the enemy is seeking to reflect to us.

Psalm 133:1~~"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!"

In Him, ~~ Hollie L. Moody

Hold Fast To Your Confession

Ras Robinson

I have placed my word deep in your heart. Release it now and let my word be on your lips night and day. Then you will see me accomplishing things for which you have both longed and prayed. I want you also to encourage those about you who have also believing my word in their lives. It will result in your faith being added to their faith. You will be able to offer agreement. Oh what an encouragement to them you will be as you do this. I am doing a work among you. Do not confess your feelings based in the world system. Instead seek my will in my word, ask me for faith and then continually confess what I have given to you. Come in close and hear my heart beat. Get in the rhythm of my ways, paths and truth. You are just about ready for that next level. I bid you come. Hold fast to your confession.

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more, as you see the day drawing near. God's Glory In the Last Days

Pastor Kelly Bray

The Prophet Isaiah in the book of Isaiah 60 tells of a time when God's Glory would shine even in the darkest of days upon this earth, God's footstool. May I tell you today, that we are in some of the darkest days that the world has ever seen. Sin and the devil, has one last chance to take as many with them to Hell as they can.

ARISE, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising. (Is. 60:1-3)

At no other time in the world have we experienced darkness, even gross darkness like that which covers our world system today. People today have no regard for that which is right, but would rather choose darkness than light.

Timothy says that in the last days there would be "Perilous Times." Perilous means, fierce, or grevious times. Timothy continues by giving 30 characteristics of the people in these times. But I tell you, even though the world is in a gross darkness, the Glory of God is about to Arise and shine and drive away the darkness and the light of the LORD will burn out the evil as fire burns away the dross off the Gold and Silver.

But you say Pastor Bray, we have and have had God's power and anointing since the Day of Pentecost. That's true, but I'm talking about something different, the Glory of God!!

There is a difference in the Glory of God and the anointing of God. The anointing, the Bible tells us is smeared upon us, or comes upon us, while you have to walk into the Glory of God. In the 24th Chapter of Exodus, the Bible tells of a banquet inwhich God invited Moses, Aaron, Nadab, Abihu, and seventy of the elders to COME UP unto the LORD. These men actually sat in the Glory of God on His mount (Sinai). But before they could come up to God, Moses and the Priesthood had to prepare them for the prescense of God.

Ministers, you need to prepare your congregations to meet thy God in a higher worship. They had to be covered with the blood of a sacrifice. We must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth, to do this, we must be washed and redeemed by His blood.

They saw the God of Israel and did eat and lived. For many years, it was the belief that if man looked upon God he would die. But these were allowed to sit down on God's earthly forum and eat with him!!! That was under the Old Covenant. My God, we're under a new covenant with better promises, and we can't or won't worship God at his table.

And Moses went up into the mount, and a cloud covered the mount. And the Glory of the LORD abode on mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days: and the seventh day he called unto Moses out of the midst of the cloud. And the sight of the Glory of the LORD was like devouring fire on top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel. And Moses went into the midst of the cloud and gat himself up into the mount: And Moses was there for forty days and forty nights. (Exodus 24:15-18)

Moses went into the Glory of God and Lived!!! My God, church, that's the only way we are going to be able to make it, is to get into the Glory Light of the Lord and live!

In the Book of Second Chronicles, the Bible tells of a time when the Glory of God came into the temple, that all the ministers could do was fall upon there face...they could not minister because of the Glory of God.

When Moses came down from the mount, the people must have been astonished, because they saw the Glory of God upon him. When Smith Wigglesworth ministered, people would see the Glory of God in him. Isaiah says, that in these last days, that the people of the world will see the Glory of God upon us!! Praise God, what a promise and what a blessing.

Prophetic Equilibrium

Debra Westbrook

When there is an imbalance in the inner ear due to infection, the whole body loses its balance or its state of equilibrium. As it is in the natural, there is an important spiritual message to be grasped here that God is speaking to His prophetic community in this season. We must come into balance by helping the Body of Christ maintain their equilibrium in Him. Our inner ear must be attuned to the still small voice of the Lord. Throughout the Gospels, it is said that Jesus often withdrew to solitary, lonely places to pray and hear what His Father was speaking. So must we.

There appears at times to be a frenzy these days for a "cutting edge" prophetic word, yet many of these words have proceeded out before their time. It is as if they reached the "outer ear" of the prophets and immediately, there is a tendency to "run with it" rather than letting it be meditated upon in the secret place so that the Father can bring further revelation to what He has spoken. Many times what we hear initially will be enlarged and further revealed as we wait upon the Lord.

There appears to be an analogy with the prophet Elijah in 1 Kings 19 as he stands upon the mountain. As the manifestations that were outwardly apparent presented themselves in the form of the wind, the earthquake, and the fire, God stated that He was not in any of them. Yet, God then spoke in His still small voice. Once again, God is wanting His prophets to forsake the clamor that reaches the outer ear, so to speak, and to be still so that we can hear Him in the inner ear which is analogous to the place of sensitivity to His still small voice.

Could it be that in our frenzy of passionate pursuit of the Lord and to seek what He is saying today that we have settled upon bringing forth that which is good rather than wait for that which is excellent? There is a time to speak and a time to be silent. Those called with a forerunner spirit must maintain an inner equilibrium of balance in God that comes when we listen to His still small voice. It is in these quiet places that all over this world right now, God is maturing and refining His prophetic people to rise up in unity with one voice in His time to proclaim His heart for this generation. The Lord would caution us today to not be quick to speak but to allow time to meditate and ponder as Mary did when presented with the divine revelation of the future Messiah that would be birthed through her womb. So it is with us today. God is wanting to bring forth a greater revelation of Jesus Christ to this world but we must be still and listen as this word grows within our beings.

Do not run with the word when it is immediately given to us, but allow that word to expand within you to bring forth a greater revelation of the Son. God is never in a hurry and there is always a divine "kairos" moment for birth to come forth. His timing is impeccable. Isaiah 40:31 tells us:

...they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Let us wait for God's proper timing to soar once again. May we heed the call to retreat into the secret places of the Most High. We will then come forth with a greater prophetic accuracy in His timing! This accuracy will bring forth words of boldness and power that will resound with one voice of unity that will shake this nation and this world with the reality of the Kingdom of God in our midst. Be still and know that He is God.

It is a time to re-access our calling, reevaluate our position, and realign ourselves under the hand of God.
