Watch Out For the Dogs

Stephen Hanson

PHP 3:2 Watch out for those dogs, those men who do evil, those mutilators of the flesh. [3] For it is we who are the circumcision, we who worship by the Spirit of God, who glory in Christ Jesus, and who put no confidence in the flesh-- [4] though I myself have reasons for such confidence. [17] Unlike so many, we do not peddle the word of God for profit. On the contrary, in Christ we speak before God with sincerity, like men sent from God. 2 Co. 2:17

(The Lord showed me a scene of several different types of dogs. They were looking in one direction, and then, they all ran to a certain place. Here I saw that they had buried the word of God in the ground. They had started to kick the ground as if to cover it. However, suddenly, someone took the Bible and cleaned it off.)

"Watch out for the dogs, those who misuse my gospel. For dogs have come into the camp. You will know them because they have no regard for the word of God. These are those who "peddle the word." They are like "unwanted salesmen." They offer enticing things to follow after Me. They look for their own rewards and they seek their own glory."

"There are also those who are divisive in this hour. They seek to divide my body on issues of unimportance. They stir up strife and contention. They are devious in their scheming. In this hour you will find many different types of people. You will find those who truly follow Me. They seek nothing more than to fellowship with Me. Then you will find those who "grandstand." These are those who seek an audience. They follow after their own vain imaginings. They need the audience to feed their egos. There are truly those who speak for Me in this hour. They seek to speak my word to others. My word will go out unto the ends of the earth. It will accomplish what I have set it out to do. Even though my word is misused or mishandled, still it will go out as I intended it to because my word itself is creative and powerful. Speak it forth, for it will accomplish what I have desired it to do. But I say still to watch out for those misuse my word. You will know them by their fruits. You will see the result. So, be wise and be aware of these things. Then you will be like a fortified city. Then your walls will be strong and they will not crumble. There are many out there, so watch for them, my children."

Habitations of Divine Unrest

Mark Sadler

Isaiah 62:1-12 (Amplified)

The Lord has placed within us the spirit of the pioneer. A divine unrest that will never stop, will never be in plentitude, but always throbs with righteous hunger pangs to see the task at hand finished.

Too many of us wait for the promise of his coming, moping, barely getting by from the scraps that fall from the table. We posture ourselves in a await for a fresh “new” revelation, or illumination, instead of piercing the darkness through aggressive prayer; grabbing ahold of his garment till he heals and restores us.

We wait for a spiritual Moses to come one the scene, to bring a new signpost, or billboard display, accompanied with a Joshua to command the day. Instead of breaking upon the scene ourselves with anointed “purpose”, and destiny quest, that our spiritual fathers had.

The Kingdom of God is this:

Invade, Conquer, Subdue, Alter, Declare, Pronounce,
Restore, Affirm, Confirm, Reform, Establish, Divide,
Unveil, Obtain, and Possess!

Too many believers are still living in the former. They are sustained by the “thrill of THAT moment”. The ecstacy of comfort. Not pursuing new territories, through His presence, in obedience, true submission, spiritual mapping, and cohesive relationships. We always, while going down the roads of destiny, we tend to have a contingency plan, watching for nearby exits just in case.

Isaiah 64: 4, 6, 7. (Amplified) Isaiah 65: 6-8 (KJV)

God is looking for this generation of pioneers. They don’t serve mediocrity. They don’t devise a demarche , and give ear to the hollow voices of the past saying “Where is the promise of His deliverance ? ”. The don’t resound the bitter songs of sorrow, They SING THE SONGS OF ZION!

Psalms 137:1-6 By the rivers of Babylon—— there we sat down and there we wept when we remembered Zion. On the willows there we hung up our harps. For there our captors asked us for songs, and our tormentors asked for mirth, saying, "Sing us one of the songs of Zion!" How could we sing the Lord's song in a foreign land?

Sometime back in Tulsa Oklahoma where my church home was, our pastor quoted these words that were found on an old soap or detergent boxes, that is truly a word for the body of Christ:

Upon the plains of hesitation, bleached the bones of countless thousands,
That at the threshold of their victory, sat down to rest,
And while they rested, they wasted and died.

It is time we truly arise, Its time! We are the ones coming forth with a new song, a burning passion for holiness, a zeal for the house of His habitation! Let us not forsake what the Lord is forming among us, but capture His heart, for our families again. Let us press through with great joy for our communities and cities and regions of the unclaimed. Let the redeemed of the Lord arise within us, a vicarious passion for the journey that awaits!

A Tactical Change, or Taking Back That Which Was Lost

Jim Grayson

Praise be to the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle. He is my loving God and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield, in whom I take refuge, who subdues peoples under me. Psalm 144:1,2

...upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Matthew 16:18 (KJV)

There has been a shift in the Heavenlies. The Holy Spirit is anointing those of the Lord's children who are willing to change and be used of Him. For centuries, the Body of Christ has been on the defensive against the enemy. The gates of hell have, indeed, been safe from us. Most of the time, on an individual basis, the enemy has won, especially in the area of our receiving healing and provision. Although Jesus said believers would lay hands on the sick and they would recover and would not only do the works He did but greater works, we are not seeing it to any great degree, which means we are far out of His will in that respect. Instead, we have all but collectively laid down and asked the enemy to kill us, even going so far as to question the willingness of God to heal, thus bringing to question His very love for us. What on earth is wrong with us? Rather than look to ourselves and our faith to find the reason why things weren't happening, it's easier to point the finger at our loving Father and say, "It's not His will", or, "It wasn't His will". Some denominations have the heretical belief that the time of signs, wonders and miracles is past and was only for the early church. One is the denomination which claims to be "the church called by His Name", the Church of Christ. However, I also know there are some in that denomination who are awakening to the Truth of God and even the deadness there will disappear when the Holy Spirit starts to move. Much of the problems and deadly traditions the Body of Christ must give up were born of the harlot church of Rome, including the "exclusivity" of those called to the ministry, giving them titles such as "Reverend", which I cannot find in the Word of God. When one takes an in depth look at church history, it's plain to see how much damage this "church" has done to the true Body of Christ.

It's time for us to start thinking of ourselves as soldiers, for we're most certainly fighting a war against an enemy who has killed so many of our brothers and sisters in the prime of their life and will take our life as well, if we continue to think as we have. The Word of God refers to believers in the Lord Jesus as soldiers in several passages, of which the most quoted is Ephesians 6:10-18, which follows:

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.

We are in a war, beloved. The Word of God says so. It's high time we started to truly believe it. We are soldiers of God Almighty, filled with His strength and love and love conquers all and never fails. I fear we have often been found bickering among ourselves rather than fighting, and overcoming, the enemy. You know it's true but we can change, and we must. We cannot stay the same. The Bride must be prepared and this is a part of the preparation.

When Jesus spoke of the gates of hell not prevailing against the church, He meant we would be on the attack, not on the defense. Dr. Paul Gervais refers to this as "plundering hell". I like that term, for it rings of the Truth of the Word of God and is exactly the mindset we must adopt as the battle, and time, goes on. Dr. Gervais also uses the term, "Doubt all doubts." I like that, also, for when you engage the enemy in battle, you are assured you will be assailed with every doubt imaginable. I have encountered this on a daily basis in my own walk and you will, too, if you are drawing close to the Lord.

It's time to draw together in unity and take back that which was lost, which the canker worm has eaten. It's time to stand for our Kingdom rights and to die daily so that Christ Jesus may live in us, thus assuring us the victory. The generation is now on this earth of which Jesus was speaking when He spoke of the gates of hell not prevailing against them. They will be new in the Spirit, drenched with new wine from fresh skins, and filled with the Holy Spirit like no one who has ever walked this earth before. The enemy is in for a bad time. If you are a young person, I beg you to draw close to your Lord and ask Him what He'd have you do. Keep an open mind. Think in the realm of the supernatural. Dare to dream dreams no one else would dream. Think of yourself as small and your Lord as God of All. Know that He will use a willing vessel. If you need some work, the Master Potter's Hand will do what needs to be done, even if it hurts some. It always hurts to die, beloved of God, but there is great joy in the Holy Spirit. Seek Him with all your heart.

You of the older generation...like me, you may have been around the Body of Christ for quite some time. Perhaps you've been fortunate enough to have been exposed to things of the Holy Spirit in regard to the gifts and office gifts. Press in to the Lord, for we are the pioneers of this movement, the breakers of previously hidden ground. Know that you are laying a trail for the younger generation to follow, which will lead to the very gates of hell itself. Through them, captivity will, once again, be led captive. Know, also, that you are meant to help them in every way to meet their destiny in Christ Jesus. For them, my beloved younger friends (you know who you are), I feel I am to be their armor bearer, to polish their armor, to help them put it on and to lovingly show them how to wield the Sword of the Spirit with great power and glory, to learn to strike deep to the cutting asunder of joint and marrow, soul and spirit, all for the glory of Jesus, our Blessed Lord. This, my friends, is to my great delight, for what am I, or any of us, but servants of Christ Jesus and of others? Many in the "clergy" have forgotten what it is to serve. Many have not. There are many caring pastors out there. I am blessed to sit under one. I met another recently in a little country church in nearby Anderson County, Kentucky. What a man of God! It blessed me greatly just to have the chance to share with someone who is like-minded with God, who knows the meaning of "deep calls unto deep". So many are not, nor would they even have any idea of what I'm speaking. May our Lord help them to open their eyes.

I'll close with this Scripture, from 1 John 5:2-5:

This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.

The victory is ours, my friends. It's time to put on the full armor and take the battle to the enemy but first we have to believe we can do it. We need to follow what is in our heart, not what is in our head. I pray our Lord opens all our eyes to see what wonders He has for us. They are beyond imagination...

You have my heart, beloved.

The Time of Sweet Wine

Lee Hattrich

One morning during worship the Lord gave me a vision. I saw a winepress. As I watched grapes being pressed in this wooden contraption I noted several things. One is the appearance of the grapes as they went through the process of being pressed. I saw the pulp pressed over and over until it became part of the juice. It has been so pressed that the only thing left was juice. I also saw the skin of the grapes. These too were pressed over and over again until all the juice had been released from the skin. I noted the deepest color just under the skin. This was not an easy task. The process had to be repeated over and over until it had been completed. There were also seeds in the press. As I watched I understood that the seed would remain intact and collected in the recesses of the press until such a time for oil pressing. I was very aware of the juice, deep, dark burgundy red running from the press and flowing out to cover the area around it. Then He spoke to me these words:

"See I have invited you in. And you would think that you have come into a glorious place. Yes child, Oh yes. you have come into a glorious place. But not as a man would think - not by man's design - but by Mine. By invitation because you thought to invite Me into your lives, your very lives. so then I have brought you here into this glorious place. Listen to it now, hear the Name by which this place is known. See now, you have asked to see My Glory so I have brought you here that you might see and know My Glory. Even here, even into My Winepress.

See, I Am pressing you in My Winepress and you think there is nothing left, nothing left to be pressed out but Oh My child, trust Me. I know when enough is enough. I know when it is time. The time of Sweet Wine. Don't you know I am preparing you to carry forth to those with out, My Sweet Wine. So be pressed, but know My Glory awaits you. You will see and you will know My Glory. It is so destined that you should be called, indeed you are, those who would carry My Glory forth to those with out.

Be pressed. Be pressed."

"Dokimos" The Approved Ones

Mike Danforth

2 Cor 10:12 For we dare not class ourselves or compare ourselves with those who commend themselves. But they, measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise. NKJV

In the ancient world there was no banking system as we know it today, and no paper money. All money was made from metal, heated until it was liquid, poured into moulds and allowed to cool. When the coins were cooled, it was necessary to smooth off the uneven edges. The coins were comparatively soft and of course many people shaved them closely. In one century, more than eighty laws were passed in Athens, to stop the practice of shaving down the coins then in circulation. But some moneychangers were men of integrity, who would accept no counterfeit money. They were men of honor who put only genuine full-weighted money into circulation. Such men were called "dokimos" or "approved".

Get ready for the "dokimos" or "approved ones." They are men and women of integrity who refuse to allow themselves to be counterfeited into a ministerial machine that tries to reduce their passion for God into a mere spirit of performance. They're the genuine coin that was once considered lost and forgotten but now have been found, waiting, serving, trusting God, knowing their time is at hand. They have refused to allow the desperation of ministry to shape them into something that is less than what God intended for them to be. They know the difference between being called and commissioned. They are men and women of patience and endurance. They carry the marks in their body of resisting the praises of men and premature successes. They have a hunger for the fullness of God's kingdom to be established in the earth just as it is in heaven. Their very presence will judge those who have promoted themselves into the caravan of political Christendom. They are men and women of wisdom and understanding, fearless, bold and passionate, faithfully determined to finish the race that has been set before them!

Our lives are not on hold, but rather on trial. It's a refiner's fire that is purposed to reveal the sons and daughters of God. It's a trial that is testing the deepest intentions of our hearts. Seeing if we were sincere when we cried out, "Lord! Whatever it takes! Whatever the process to be who or what you have destined me to be! I am willing. Are you? Has the issue been settled? It's not going quite the way you planned, I know. But do you also know, You are not going down! You will not fail! This is your appointed time! You're destined succeed. So get ready!

Some of the primary vessels that are presently being sifted in the church right now are those that have classed themselves outside the proving or testing of God. In other words they made all the right people connections and promoted themselves into a particular field of business or ministry before their approval date. This particular class of activity carries a seasonal appearance of success, which becomes an on going deceptive illusion toward others that are looking to serve God with all their hearts, in one capacity or another, with great hopes of making a difference in the world. Due to the lack of discernment, this luring cycle has continued to bring many others into this class of thinking, all because they started comparing themselves with those who commended themselves.

Much of the success of the church has been measured by the same thinking that measures success in the world. The success of the world is largely defined within a numerical frame. More people, more money, more business, more opportunities, equal more success. So the growth of God's church has been classed within this same numerical perception, many people, much success. The large difference is, many people do not equal maturity. The plan of God is not just a bunch of people making heaven but a bunch of people revealing heaven.

The word "commend" in 2 Cor 10:12 means to strengthen, to join or to establish. Simply put, it's those that have promoted themselves through their own strength and manipulative devices. Networking can be a great thing, as longs as the net you are working is within the sphere of God's timing and season for your life. However, in the last years, many in the church have conferred themselves into a sphere of ministry that did not go through the process of being proven by God and are now being tested and tried. Everything that can be shaken will be shaken and the final results will be a kingdom that is destined to remain.

Much of the pressure that has been felt within the body of Christ is due to many that have overextended themselves into areas of ministry that exceeded their relational level of authority in God. Paul declared in his writings to the church of Corinth, that he and other apostles did not overextend themselves, beyond their sphere of authority. He also made it clear that they were not interested in boasting in other men's labors. (2 Cor 10:14-15)

One of the most common things that I have observed over the years, are those that have received revelatory teachings by the spirit of Jesus Christ, only to find others boasting, as if they were the ones that sought God and received this insight face to face for themselves. Is it wrong to speak what you have heard other people preach or teach? I think not. However before you can really speak that truth with authority it must become illuminated in your being which can only happen through the process of walking with God.

We have blown the horns of salvation for so long that sweeping people pass hell into heaven has become our primary focus. But the call is not just to enter through the veil but we are to go beyond the veil. We must get beyond the entrance of the door and move further into the hope of our highest calling which is to become like Him. We are standing at the threshold of entering into a new sign and wonder, which is a knowledge and revelation of Jesus Christ unlike this world has ever known. Oh, how we long for that day when we have grown up into that where we no longer seek for an outward sign but an inward transformation. Yes, tremendous signs and wonders are coming but they are mere road signs pointing the way into the most authentic realm of the father's heart.

Come To the Living Waters

Shelia Robertson

Come and eat from my table. I have prepared a feast for you, my precious one. I have everything you need to live this life. I have prepared it for you. I have not forgotten you my little lamb. Come and let me fill your mouth with good things. Open wide. It’s gooood stuff, just for you. I want to fill your treasuries. I have so much to give. Trust in me with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Why labor for that which does not satisfy? Listen, listen to me and eat what is good, and your soul will delight in the richest of fare. Give ear and come to me that your soul may live. I am your daily bread. It is the living manna from heaven. Come and dine with me. Everything is ready. I have so much I want to give you.

Isaiah 55:1-2 "......come to the waters.....come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost. Why spend money on what is not bread.......eat what is good and your soul will delight in the richest of fare"

Deep Cleansing

Lori Thomas

"I am doing a deep cleansing among My people. NO flesh will glory. ALL pride is being taken down. Be encouraged and stand among the humble. Be encouraged that I am in control. I am moving you into a new realm of worship. Your prayers are ANSWERED. Look for Me. I am here. Power is being manifest in what looks to be weakness to many. Look for Me in the areas that you may not think to look."

Then I looked, and I saw God plucking up and uprooting.

Many are going to leave where they are because of offenses. But the work the Lord is doing in each one, who is willing to let Him, will bear much fruit and bring Him much glory. Some are plucked out because of rebellion; some are being moved - there will be many reasons, don't try to figure them out. Just know that He will restore. Each one has a choice to make. Choose life or choose death. Choose a life of flesh and the world, or choose the Spirit. The ones who fall away will leave no void- don't fear. The remnant will stand in humility because they are firm in His Word and because they have been tried and tested by the fire of God.

The Father says, "Stand in My fire. Humble yourselves. Choose life. The choice you make today is of urgent importance. It will affect the rest of your life- here and for eternity."

Prayerfully submitted by,

Lori Thomas
