Choose This Day

"This is My promise to you," says the Lord. "If you will be My people -- If you will offer yourselves to Me and give Me total Lordship in your lives...

Then I will be your God
I will lead you and
I will guide you and
I will put My Spirit on you and
I will empower you with the same power that raised Jesus from the dead.

I will manifest Myself in your city and I will do wonders there. I will open the hearts of the people and break off the enemy's power to blind them to the truth of My Good News. You will see your city transformed. You will see your own lives transformed and you will see your families transformed.

I desire to pour out My Spirit and My anointing on My people. I am looking for a Holy people -- set apart and sanctified for Me. Will you be that people? Will you rise up and say 'Yes, Lord' to whatever I command you? Will you say 'Yes, Lord' to go forth in My ressurrection power and to win your city?

The choice is yours -- you must choose to give Me total Lordship -- to commit to honor and obey Me with all of your being. You must choose to be set apart for My use. If you will do this, if you will make Me Lord, I will pour out My Spirit and My ressurrection power on you. You will see My glory come into your lives and into your city.

"Choose this day," says the Lord. "Choose to honor Me and to obey Me. Choose to make Me your God in every area of your lives.... And I will choose you as the people on whom I will pour out My glory and My power."

"Choose this day," says the Lord.

Things to Come

Jim Grayson

If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him. Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns. I tell you the truth, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. But suppose that servant is wicked and says to himself, `My master is staying away a long time,' and he then begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink with drunkards. The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 24:43-51

Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets. Amos 3:7

There are tough times coming to the United States, beloved, and there are tough times coming to the Body of Christ. As God is faithful, judgment is coming to both and it's up to us to repent of our ways and seek our Lord before these things happen. Do you see the world around you? Are we so foolish to think that many of these things are simply things which are happening? If so, we are already blind, and we need to beg God to receive our sight again. Judgment has already begun. We see the increase of violence, and are rightfully horrified, but I say to you, it is only the beginning. One only needs to read the Word of God to know it is so. Our Lord Jesus made it plain what would happen in the end days, and the end days are here. We who belong to Him, who love Him more than ourselves, who are willing to listen to Him and to change, must prepare the Bride for the return of the Groom. We must repent and prepare our hearts to receive Him. He is our mighty King and He is coming back but we are, above all people, foolish if we think we are prepared. The Bride is weak and sullied. Her clothing has become soiled from association with the world and with Babylon. Even many of the ministries we see are not of Him and will falter and fail before the coming flood of the Holy Spirit and His accompanying fire. Nothing will stand...nothing...unless it is of Him. Heaven and earth will pass away but His Words will never pass away.

Most churches here in the United States do not even acknowledge prophetic ministry and this is to their shame. They are out of order. Any time the Lord implements something into the Body of Christ and we turn away from it or ignore it, we are out of order, and out of line to receive His revelation and blessings. Who do we think we are, to pick and choose what we want to believe, rather than to joyfully accept all He has to offer? Those who continue to turn away from all His blessings will find themselves at odds with God, and the Word says it is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the Living God. I would much rather judge myself and change, than to be judged, but many won't do this. They will regret their choice to tickle ears and follow false denominational/divisional lines than to follow God. If they have been entrusted as shepherds of a flock and they do not feed that flock the entire counsel of God, they will find themselves in a position of trying to explain to the Father why they have failed to do what is right but there is no excuse. His answer is always that we have His Word before us. We can read it for ourselves. We have no need of someone to "interpret" it for us. The Holy Spirit is interpreter enough.

On the other hand, there are many who are chasing prophets and apostles right now, always looking for a sign. Many of these prophets and apostles are of God but some aren't. It's up to us to discern through the power of the Holy Spirit who is true and who is false. Perhaps we would be better to seek God for ourselves, then let the prophets confirm what our Lord has already revealed to us. I follow no man but I follow my Lord. I trust no man but I trust my Lord implicitly. We would all be wise to do the same, for there are many uncertain voices here now, issuing forth from people who desire the praise and honor of men, and who love the titles they have bestowed upon themselves, using "prophet" and "apostle" in front of their names, when our Lord Jesus said specifically we are NOT to use titles (Matthew 23:5-12). He who has ears to hear, by all means, let him hear. Prophecy is for edification, exhortation and comfort. The Lord never says for us to trust the prophets but to carefully weigh what they have to say. Indeed, I beg you to always weigh my own words, for I am merely a man...a fool for Christ, most assuredly, but I can make mistakes. Our Lord knows my past is littered with them. Let no man or woman deem themselves infallible, for as soon as you do, you stand to fall. I have seen it before. We are surely to see it again, especially over the next few months. I have heard people speak of a certain prophet or minister of the gospel and say, "They're so good," glorifying that person when they in no way deserve it. God forbid anyone ever think that of me, or of any of us. As Jesus said, only God is good. He didn't allow the term "good" to be used even for Himself...and He was the Lamb of God.

Beware of signs and wonders, for the enemy has the ability to counterfeit that which is of God. Do not be moved by what you see or hear but, again, allow the Holy Spirit to guide you in this. We hear of healings and miracles and many chase after them, glorifying that person and gushing about what "God" is doing but not all are of God, even if the person says so. ALL ministry must glorify God. There is no room for self-glorification, yet we see haughtiness in many, and many need a lesson in humility. If our Lord Jesus, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, was humble on this earth, then we need to know our place, also. God forbid we become high-headed, for God resists the proud and exalts the humble.

Many changes are coming, beloved of God. We must prepare our hearts and press in to Him. We can't simply desire His presence. We need to chase after Him, seeking Him, and He will run to us in response. Our Daddy desires a much more intimate relationship with His kids than we have been led to believe by organized religion. If we only knew how far we have been led astray by scholars and Bible teachers who have been more interested in spouting denominational lies than telling the truth, we would be amazed, and ashamed. The time is now that we must learn to read the Bible for ourselves, without any preconceived, denominational notions of how things should be. Far too many pastors are preaching what they have been taught the Word of Gods says, rather than what it really says. Now is the time, also, for this to change.

The Bible says that if someone is out of line, we need to warn them. If not, their blood is on our hands. If I were to become entrapped in wrongful thinking or were to limit the Word of God and His abilities and desire to move for us, I pray someone would love me enough to show me the error of my ways...so long as they can use the Word to back up their correction. We should never be willing to listen to any correction and rebuke that is based on man's opinions, denominational traditions or anything else apart from the infallible Word of God.

The shaking of the Body of Christ has begun. The preparation of the Bride is on us. When our Lord returns for His Bride, She will be spotless and She will be unified. There will be no denominations to divide, for we will see the folly of our ways and realize that we have not succeeded in drawing the world to Jesus but have effectively built up walls between us and brought the reproach of the world on the Bride of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. God forgive us for being so blind.

Again, tough words, beloved. And again, you have my heart. I pray you know that. May our lives and what we preach, teach and believe bring only glory to our Lord. Our Jesus is Lord of all.

Love,
Jim Grayson

The Sons of Glory Shall Ride!

Debra Westbrook

The proclaimed Sons of Glory shall ride in victory carrying the victory banner of our Eternal King! But what shall they indeed ride upon? Many want to ride upon a white horse of triumph and power but I sense that before we shall ride in power, we shall first ride upon a colt of humility into our eternal destiny.

Mark 11:1-10
1 As they approached Jerusalem and came to Bethphage and Bethany at the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two of his disciples,
2 saying to them, "Go to the village ahead of you, and just as you enter it, you will find a colt tied there, which no one has ever ridden. Untie it and bring it here.
3 If anyone asks you, 'Why are you doing this?' tell him, 'The Lord needs it and will send it back here shortly.'"
4 They went and found a colt outside in the street, tied at a doorway. As they untied it,
5 some people standing there asked, "What are you doing, untying that colt?"
6 They answered as Jesus had told them to, and the people let them go.
7 When they brought the colt to Jesus and threw their cloaks over it, he sat on it.
8 Many people spread their cloaks on the road, while others spread branches they had cut in the fields.
9 Those who went ahead and those who followed shouted, "Hosanna!" "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!"
10 "Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David!" "Hosanna in the highest!" (NIV)

That which was loosed to carry the Son of God with triumphal entry into His eternal purpose must be wholly dedicated unto the purposes of their King. Riding into Jerusalem upon this colt was the fulfillment of prophecy according to Zechariah 9:9. The colt was the destined beast of the Messiah and was solely set apart for sacred purposes, never having been used for any other reason. Jesus rode in to the triumphant cries of a people that would soon shout for His crucifixion, yet he rode. This week has been described as Passion Week as we study Scripture. What was His passion? To obediently do the will of the Father who sent Him and to bring glory to the Father. That obedience brought Him to the cross. Since we follow in the footsteps of our Lord, we must also ride upon a colt of humility destined to take us into our eternal purpose and our triumphal entry unto the cross of Christ. In order to participate in the glory, we must first share in His sufferings. Romans 8:17

There is a way planned for each of us who are seeking to see the glory of God. It is a way of triumph and victory. But, it will be the same way He, as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, entered into His eternal destiny - upon the back of a humble mode of transportation, submitted unto the Father's perfect will. We will not circumvent the cross of Christ along our path to glory.

The promises given to us from all eternity according to the Father's plan for our lives await us in God's proper timing, just as the release of this colt to be used for His eternal purpose. The colt was destined to carry the King. He will direct and lead us to our vehicle of triumphant entry much like He led the disciples to loose the colt. We will follow with specific instructions, obeying explicitly the divine directives of our Lord. We ride in triumph but in humility, not initially upon a white horse but upon a beast of burden, sanctified for the sole use of our Master's will. Our lives are not our own. We, indeed, were bought with a price. The price to glory is by way of the cross. Not charging in upon a white horse, presumptuous in battle but void in the character of Christ, we ride into His perfect plan by way of the cross, humble and submitted to this path of glory.

Phil 2:5-11
5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,
7 but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.
8 And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death-- even death on a cross!
9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (NIV)

As we grasp the full revelation of the sufferings of Jesus we will then be entrusted to enter into the glory of resurrection power. So like many, I have stopped looking for the white horse and have instead mounted the colt, the simplicity that is found in Jesus Christ.

May these words bring glory to Jesus!

Prophets, Stop Quibbling!

Ras Robinson

Quibble, quibble. Prophets, stop quibbling! You prophets seem at times determined to bite and devour one another. I tell you that you have been living under the wrong tree. The tree of the knowledge of good and evil will always produce quibbling and all kinds of "head things" because it causes you to put so much emphasis of "knowing." Where is your faith? If you know all things, you will feel that you do not need Me and that you do not need faith. You act driven to know good and evil. Yet whereas it is good to know about good and evil and good from evil, it can lead you to where you are today – quibbling. I say unto you that you are created rather to live under the tree of life where love abounds. Love never fails. Love covers a multitude of sins and perfect love overcomes all fear. What are you afraid of? Are you afraid that someone will "get it wrong?" Are you afraid that I cannot handle things? Fear is not from Me. You pick at what one another says and does, declaring a better way. I have not called you to "pick." I have called you to love and to live a life of love. Quibble, quibble. Prophets, stop quibbling.

John 13:34-35 "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. 35"By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."

Romans 13:10 "Love does no wrong to a neighbor; love therefore is the fulfillment of the law."

God Uses Your Life
by Undrai Fizer

It is so amazing when the Lord uses your life. Being a vessel of the Lord and used by Him is more than perfecting the "rituals" of believership. He is not using us because of our studytime everyday and fasting daily, even though these things are vital in our growth with Him.

He is using lives that simply love Him beyond their own faults. People that simply crave His existence in their lives. People that have come to just know Him as "Father." God uses our lives, not our rituals. He uses our daily pursuits to activate and enhance His will in the earth.

He uses our love for Him to produce the good pleasure of the Kingdom. He uses our lives. It's so good when He uses your life. He uses your existence to build His plan in others lives. He uses your life to create destiny and life in others. God uses your life.

And when we continue to know Who it is we are giving our lives to, He will use it more. Yes, we pray and do personal consecration to keep us in pure fellowship with the Spirit of God. Yes, we cleanse ourselves of the filthiness of flesh and spirit, to present ourselves Holy before the Lord.

To some, this has become ritual. Consecrating without faith is "body burning" (I Cor.13:3). There are times when our "rituals" can become the thing we seek, instead of the Face of God. We can become perfected in the "how to's" instead of the Father's pleasure!

God uses lives that will love His Life...

Dying to Self... (or self mutilation??)

by Mary Freeman

An encouragement to those in the process of "dying to self"--and the "cutting away" of the flesh.

Oh God's precious ones...
How you have cried out and asked God to cut away the "flesh" of your heart--

And yes, your cry is right and pleasing to Him!
Your tears have begged for more of Him and less of you.
It is "good", that you so desire to decrease--that He may increase.

But Oh,
How the enemy would love to "spin" this process, under his "control".

Know the difference, children of the Almighty ...
A knife in God's hand is "precision cutting"...it hits the mark--clean--and heals. A knife in our own hand is nothing less than unskilled--"self" mutilation.

Just as God calls us...
Just as God pursues us...
Just as God "saves" us...
It is for GOD alone...to "cut" us...

Our response, as always...is to "be willing" to His ways.

His pruning is right...and perfect.
He knows "what" (in us) needs to be "cut" out...
He knows "when"...and He knows "how".

Be on guard Beloved...
Don't allow the enemy to hand "you" the knife.

God is the Master "cutter"...
He truly does--make all things beautiful--in His time.
"Let go" of the knife...and "let God".

Going To The Enemy's Camp

Hollie Moody

I have been sensing a spiritual attack against many in the Body of Christ. As I prayed about this, and sought the Lord about it, the Lord showed me three beings. As I saw these beings, I sensed immediately that they were evil, and I felt troubled and uncomfortable in my spirit.

The first being was in advance of the other two beings. This first being was holding up a magnifying glass before the Body of Christ. Things that were perhaps small or minute, now appeared to be twice their size, or even larger.

As the Body of Christ gazed through the magnifying glass, they became troubled. The other two beings followed the first being closely. As soon as the Body of Christ began to gaze into and through the magnifying glass, these other two beings came upon those gazing into and through the magnifying glass.

One of the two beings had long fingernails like talons, and began to pierce the heads of those gazing into and through the magnifying glass.

The second of these two beings was of immense proportions; very large and obese. It followed the being with the talons, and would then come upon those whose heads were being pierced by the talons. This large, immense being would overwhelm with its size and weight those whose heads were being pierced. The people were literally smothered by this large being.

As the people dropped beneath the weight of this immense being, I saw as other beings appeared. These beings picked up the people who had fallen beneath the weight of the immense being. They carried the people (who were alive, yet appeared lifeless and unresponsive) into a large cave-like dwelling place.

This cave-like dwelling place had prison cells within it. The people being carried were locked-up into their own prison cells. They gave no resistance and offered up no protests.

There was another being within this cave-like dwelling. He was seated upon a large chair up on a dais (the chair was made from rock and was of the appearance of a throne). When I saw this being, the word "strong man" came immediately to my mind.

I then found myself outside of the cave-like dwelling place. I saw on a hill, coming down the side of the hill, an army of warriors. The three beings I had seen in the beginning came rushing from the cave-like dwelling place towards this army of warriors.

As I looked more closely at the army of warriors, I was amazed and puzzled to see that each of them was blindfolded. They were dressed in full body armor and were prepared for war, yet they were blindfolded.

I saw as the being with the magnifying glass attempted to halt the army of warriors by holding the magnifying glass up in front of their faces. But, they were blindfolded and couldn't see the magnifying glass. They seemed to sense the being was there, though, and as one man, they lifted their swords and slew the being.

The other two beings also had no power over the army of warriors. The being with the talons couldn't pierce the heads of the warriors with its talons because of the helmets the warriors were wearing. The immense being couldn't overwhelm and smother the warriors with its size because the warriors simply blocked this beings efforts with their shields.

The three beings ran screaming back to the cave-like dwelling place. The army of warriors continued to advance towards the cave-like dwelling place.

The doors of the cave-like dwelling place had been barricaded from within. Many other beings were within the dwelling place, and were fighting to prohibit the warriors from entering. There was a fierce struggle, but the warriors prevailed and stormed into the dwelling place.

Other beings attacked the warriors. There were many battles, but the warriors once again prevailed.

I then saw that many of the beings were grouped in front of the being upon the rock-throne (the "strong man"). The warriors slashed their way through the beings, and overcame the strong man.

There were keys around the strong man's waist. The warriors grabbed at the keys, then went to the prison cells and unlocked the doors. Even though those within were now free to leave their prison cells, many of them did not. The majority of them still appeared lifeless and unresponsive.

Those who were able to leave their prison cells were supported by some of the warriors. The remainder, the warriors went into the cells and bodily picked them up and carried them from their cells and from the cave-like dwelling place.

**************

I realized the Lord was perhaps revealing to me the nature of this spiritual attack I have been feeling. It is an attack aimed at the mind.

Many in the Body of Christ are being attacked mentally, by vain and distorted imaginations amplified by spirits (the spirit holding the magnifying glass). There may be real problems and situations in a person's life, but the enemy is magnifying them into an unrealistic size.

As many in the Body of Christ gaze at their magnified situations, the twin spirits of intimidation (the spirit with talons) and fear (the immense spirit) overwhelm and overcome the person. This person then becomes discouraged and disheartened to the point of hopelessness, and are easily carried off to become a spiritual prisoner to the "strong man."

The blindfolded army of warriors fascinated me. As I prayed to the Lord about why they were blindfolded, I felt He said to me that He is raising up a group of people who will not look at those things before their eyes. They will refuse to be overwhelmed and overcome by what is portrayed to them. They will be clothed with the whole armour of God (as outlined in Ephesians 6:10-17). Because they will not be swayed or influenced by what the enemy is attempting to get them to focus upon, they will be able to be victorious in their warfare.

This group of people will be able to enter into the strong man's house and spoil it. (Mark 3:27~ "No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.") They will take back from the enemy what he has taken from the Body of Christ ~~ our hope and our victory.

There are many at this point in the Body of Christ who need to realize what type of warfare is being aimed at them by the enemy, and understand the means for them to withstand this attack through the power of the Lord.

2 Corinthians 10:3-5 ~ "{3} For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: {4} (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) {5} Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ."

Those who have already been taken captive by the enemy, those who are the blindfolded warriors are to actively pursue to liberate and restore them back to the Body of Christ, and back to victory and a renewed sense of hope. Those who have been imprisoned by the enemy will need the care and support of others within the Body of Christ. We are to nurture them.

1 Corinthians 12:25 and 26 ~ "{25} That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. {26} And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it."

Freeing from spiritual captivity those within the Body of Christ is occasion for great joy and celebration. Let us go boldly into the enemy's camp and take back what he has taken from us.

In Him,
